Well..

Things had simmered down a bit since the raid, and Lionstar was bored.

So he decided.. to change that.

"Apprentices of RiverClan, follow me!" He loudly called as he crossed through the clearing and headed out of camp. "Bring your mentors, if you want. I strongly encourage you to at least call for them, in the event we have an odd number of participants!"

Outside of camp, and now at the training island he stopped to turn on his paws and face the approaching crowd. "Once everyone has gathered, I will be explaining your task. "

Oh, he was excited for this. Nothing like some brawling to get some life back into things.

At Lionstar's call, Crabpaw as quick to appear, taking a seat by the golden leader. What could this be about?

"Pebblepuuuudge! Lionstar has a task for meeee!" He called over his shoulder, just in case his mentor could hear.

"Ohh... OH!" Sleetpaw hopped on his paws excitedly, eyes shining at the prospect of something fun going on! Admittedly... he had ditched the swimming lessons. Oops. It was just so crowded and annoying with all the kits there - so something just for the apprentices? Hell yeah!

"Poppytwist! [ @DarkNight ]" He would call out, though he barely waited to see if she would respond before he raced after Lionstar. Arriving onto the training island, he would plop down in front of the leader, icy eyes trained expectantly - more like hyper-fixated - on him for whatever this was.

Pebblepudge's toes tingled with excitement, poking his head out of the warriors den at both Lionstar's and then Crabpaw's call,

"I'm coming Crabpaw!" Bounding after his apprentice, rolls jiggling in the process, the warrior would let out a slightly tired huff as he settled down in the training clearing.

"Phew... that was a bit of a run," He would huff in amusement to Crabpaw, before nudging him slightly, "Hey, isn't that one your brother? Why don't you go say hello? Family is always important." There was a bit of a solemn tone to his voice as he nodded over to Sleetpaw, "I'll still be here and we can be partners once we figure out what the stars we're doing!"

Foxpaw bounded out of camp, "Come on Sootflare lets gooooo!" she called over her shoulder.

Greenpaw was really excited! She was gonna do something important with the other apprentices! "OWLFLIGHTTTTTTTT." She called, ready to do this already! @Echobreeze18

Weaselpaw blinked up at the sound of Lionstar's voice, tilting her head to the side. She hopped to her paws and rushed after him, not bothering to call for her mentor. She could do this alone, and prove she didn't need a mentor! Though, her and Creekrunner hadn't had any battle training yet... and there was a chance of there not being enough participants... and she didn't want Lionstar to get mad at her. But oh well! She'd prove herself worthy!

Onepaw heard his leader calling. He looked around for his mentor Hailfire. "Hailfire where are you?" The young apprentice called. @Slushie

Crabpaw nodded at his mentor's suggestion, smiling as he plodded over to his brother with eager glee. "Sleetpaw! It's so good to see–"

He stopped abruptly when catching sight of his sister, gasping while his fluffy fur puffed out. "Weaselpaw! Hi!" Waving her over with his tail, Crabpaw patted the ground between him and his brother, hoping Weaselpaw would sit with them. It felt like forever since they'd last spoken!

Though as he stared at the two, he couldn't help but notice they were...smaller than him? "Hey did you two shrink or something?" Crabpaw teased, whiskers twitching.

Splashfury looked around for Coastpaw. She remembered that he was still trying to catch fish at the Cattail pond, "Uh err...Coastpaw! Lionstar is calling for apprentices! "
