ElkKit looks at the white-coated she-kit as she speaks. "MK, so first you get REAL low and creep up on whatever it is you want. for example a pile of leaves, Then you make sure your feet are under you and you do this REALLY old trick called the "SkyClan jump" and then you land perfectly on your prey." ElkKit says as he demonstrates. "You're turn! Give it your best shot!"

Swan crept up,tucked her feet under her, and SkyClan jumped onto a leaf landed lopsided and almost fell over.

DeerPounce looks away from her as she calls him "Deerie". He waits a moment before speaking. "can't say I've heard that one before.". DeerPounce eyes follow her movement as she settles into a loaf position, not even a mouse length away. he squirms around trying to find the sunniest spot.

DeerPounce chuckles at RoseCougar's witty comment. "AH yes, how high and mighty I am with my slightly longer fur, surprised I don't outlive all of 'ya in LeafBare." he says playing along. he chuckles and looks up at her with a loving look he's currently seeing her upside down, He giggles like a kit. "You look funny from down here" he says in a dumb tone. DeerPounce wanted to seem cool in front of his new, Friend? perhaps it could lead to something more.

"Of course you haven't. I'm nothing if not unique." She said, lifting her nose with mock superiority, tail tip whipping to and fro. Watching him in amusement as he squirms about, she wondered if Wormwriggle would've been a more fitting name for him.

"I bet you will." Rosecougar pretended not to notice the very warm look he gave her, instead inspecting her shoulder fur subconsciously. "You look funny from up here." She countered with a playful hiss, almost reaching down to jokingly bat at his ears but restraining herself- because if she did it to him then he might try to do it to her and she feared that would trigger some unpleasant memories.

DeerPounce gets into a sitting position, only to stand and then stretch his muscular body obviously showing off. The brown colored tabby then walks out of camp but before he does so he runs his silky tail under RoseCougar's chin. ' ' Goign' for a walk M'lady ' '

Starrywhisper, needing help? From me of all people? Sure, he asked if she needed it. She said no at first but...
She admired me? What did that mean, she looked up to him? Literally and figuratively? Well, there wasn't anything good or heroic about him. He was a coward. He couldn't even climb a tree, that was embarrassing.

Didn't she have family she could ask for help? Her mother, father? A sweet she-cat like her must have some kind of supportive family. Right? She asked me to help her... If anything I should be asking her for help! He gave Starrywhisper a small smile. "I'm here to help..." His voice faltered with uncertainty and clear anxiety. She just admitted to trusting me. I don't trust her yet.

The new warrior padded around the clearing. First day of being a full warrior she thought. Despite her small size, she had the strength of a massive warrior.

the molly trotted over to the fresh-kill pile and took a mouse. She sat on a pile of nettles and knawed of the big fat mouse.

she could feel herself nearly give out when he accepted to help her. Turning her tear filled gaze towards him she offered him a small broken smile. You’re all I have…left shifting her weight slowly she winched at the pain. God I hate foxes.. after looking away she scooted closer to him. you know…it’s ok to run sometimes right? And just because you can’t climb a tree doesn’t mean you aren’t a good warrior. she had caught sight of his face and heard the uncertainty in his voice. I’d trust you any way simply because I want to.. and if I’m going to get better I don’t want anyone but you to help me.
She offered him a small affectionate nudge on the shoulder.
