If you get Prision Escape T1 for any char can you get t2 for a different char or what??

Or if you assign Prison Escape to a char and only used once, could u use it on a different char??

1. Yes, but to clarify, you'd have to purchase the tiers separately.
2. Yes. Prison Escape is not a character-specific purrk, meaning that if you buy one tier, you can use it on different characters, for up to three total uses before the purrk expires.
