Seakit was mad. She was gonna be made an apprentice, but of course they sent her back to the medicine den to rest. She was tired of this stupid leg. It had kept her from doing so many things. She wanted to start training, and she really wanted to run free. She didn't know what she could do, as she had to stay in the medicine den and listen to all the cats. There was never peace and quiet when she wanted to sleep. Not getting good sleep made her more grumpy than she already was. Seakit noticed how Wolfpaw only had three legs. How did that happen? The curious kit limped over to him and asked. "How come you don't have one of your legs?" @Beaan

It was quiet lately. The sick cats were in a different camp, and now they were waiting for the trio of cats sent out to come back with the cure. He flicked his ear as he listened to a cat coming up to him, and stiffened once they asked him a question.

He turned his head and glanced down - oh. It was Seakit. "None of your business," he mummered, shooing the kit away his tail before hobbling over to his nest and curling up in it. Hopefully the kit would get the message he didn't want to talk.

What? None of her business? Well, it was now! Seakit wanted to know. She limped after him, trying to catch up. She stumbled and fell. Ouch! The hurt kit got back up and started walking towards him. "Why won't you tell me? Pleasepleasepleaseplease tell me!" She begged. Seakit knew this wasn't going to work on Wolfpaw. "If you tell me, I'll tell you why I was so close to the borders when the hawk got me." @Beaan

Ok. She wasn't gone. Great. The tom groaned and lifted his head, facing the kit with a frown. "my leg was so dirty from not letting mama bathe me that it fell off," he said sarcastically. That of course, was not the case. he just needed an excuse for seakit to leave him the hell alone.
