would it be possible for an outsider to have a blanket that could wrap around them all the way and tie it into a scarf? the character is a silly little autistic guy named percy who needs his security blanket

I assume if your character was formerly a kittypet or found the blanket from a twoleg in the past one way or another, then it could work! Although tying it into a scarf would be a bit hard for him to do, so I don’t believe he would be able to  @phantom might be wrong though!

if by blanket you mean like some sort of bandana type thing around his neck its totally reasonable for a twoleg to have put one on him if hes human friendly I think @ phantom
