My Windclan cat Petalsong isn't all as gentle as her name suggests. In fact, she likes to kill cats! I mean, she is planning it, she just hasn't done anything.... yet. But she will soon. If you have a Windclan cat you want to kill off, or just plain don't know what to do with a character that is on a border to Windclan, then come on over! Or if you have a loner or someone, just call here. Petalsong is getting herbal knowledge, so she kills with poison. Just list what kind of poison you want. Warriors wiki has a good list in their herb section.
