...Was it crazy to say she felt bad for him? The way she treated him so far, or rather, ignored his entire existence just as she ignored that of her siblings. Yet hearing about his past – hearing that he was in fact the one to bring her prey, and not mama or Nightshiver – somehow, that event, it changed her view on him. He was still a fool. A fool for screaming thee way he did in front of his children. Scaring every one the way he and mama did, that time. And yet, for however foolish he’d been, she couldn’t help but feel a least a little bad. A little remorseful – he deserved it, perhaps. He was still a stranger. Someone she did not know. But her paws still carried her there, to Darkfall, a blank expression on her face as she stared him down. And stare him down she did, for several seconds, watching him regardless what angle he was facing her at, before she finally spoke.
