How do leaders of clans keep tabs on stuff like if a user has made any posts in the period of two weeks or if a user has completed their post count requirement for a rank-up?

@justakid1234: on the allegiance pages there are magnifying glasses next to each submitted character that allow us to quickly search all of the posts made with that character.

as far as rank requirements, those are the responsibility of the character's roleplayer to gather up and collect. the links provided in the rank ceremony request are then verified by the high rank ^^

outside of that it's really a team effort. watching threads, doing random character checks, etc etc

there's essentially a dashboard we get when you become an hr! in it, you can see allegiances, pending characters, etc etc. it makes it easy to navigate to a user profile from a character and check all the character's posts! plus what tal said ^^

not a clan leader but close enough i guess. basically, for sweeps (that happen every 2 weeks commonly) they enter the user and character name into a specific page (i am not sure non hrs can access) and it brings up the last 2 weeks of posts.
otherwise, you can always go into the allegiances, search up the character and click on the little magnifying glass on the very right of the grid, that'll pull up all the posts under that characters name.

This would be your view for you to see if you want to see if your cats have post requirement! Click a clan on the clan bar at the top of the page. I picked WindClan. Click Allegiances, scroll down to the cat you want. It should look like this.


From there, click the magnifying glass. From there (depending on your device) a new window will open showing the recent posts and where they were posted. Your screen should look something to the effect of this.


in the top right corner it says "showing results 1 to x of y". Y would be the total amount of posts that have been made with said cat.

Also, a cat's name must be included in each post for it to count AND not have an apostrophe somewhere in the name, or a dash, or any symbol (ex Owl'paw Owl.Paw Owl*paw etc etc) really. Hope this helps, @justakid1234 !
