It was frustrating to him that he couldn't have joined in on the mink fight. Curse him being untrained. But assuming that the clan was successful from their return was good news. Padding into the clearing to find himself a place to sit and listen, he stares up at the leader in awe, golden hues twinkling with admiration. One day he would prove himself to her. He would show her how capable and strong he was. She would see! All of Shadowclan would see.
Despite the stare he's giving the leader from his spot below, his expression is rather flat, as if being here was taking away from his precious training time.

Bleedingkit
Shadowclan Kit | He/Him | 4 Moons | Just a Scratch
Seeing all the returning warriors was so cool!
Battle didnt seem all that great and in fact kinda bloody and gross and hard, but the warriors looked so awesome with their injuries and battle scars and post victory confidence the kit was willing to forget all that bad stuff. Could he look as awesome as them one day?
Bleedingkit was going to try! He had to try, he had to be as cool as them and join shadowclans ranks as a warrior! It'd be hard, really hard for him given all the odds set against him but he had to try. Maybe if he became the best warrior ever everyone would look past his freakish self and love him anyways, let him stay forever and enjoy this home like he was one of them and not wrong. Shadowclan had earned his loyalty by giving him a family, they'd earn his willingness to do anything for them if they loved him and gave him just a life a normal cat would get without needed to bleed for it.
Anything to be loved and wanted, even killing, even hurting.
The decision, as large as it was took no time at all and, fears of what being a warrior meant shed in a way Bleedingkit wobbled around looking for his mom and, upon spotting her, stumbled over with a cheer. "Heya Mama! All the warriors look super cool, were there any really bad injuries you had to treat? OOooh! Do you think Im gonna become an apprentice this meeting? The others became apprentices when they were my age, I hope I get a super cool mentor if so!"
The little tom had been hesitant to be too affectionate with the molly after the disaster of the family meeting, afraid of angering his siblings, and so had really only been his usual snugly self in private. But he was just trying to sit by her and talk to her right now, so hopefully that wouldnt warrant anger.
Hawkbite fluffed his chest out a little, entertaining the kits desire to hold his tail close. It was cute. He missed the kit interactions he used to have. Mothkit especially. "We handled it well, no losses," the Commander chirped, giving the kit an assuring smile. "I'm okay though, I promise. I can tell you about it later if you'd like."
Sleepypaw attended the meeting, seating herself as close as she figuratively could to Miss Grandmama, carefully observing the older feline and wondering how the attack she had so wished to attend went.

Birdpaw, somehow, popped up next to Sleepypaw as though she had been there the entire time. She didn't say anything, but her energy was more than enough to announce her presence, as usual. She smiled at her older sister, having latched onto her the moment the older apprentice showed her any affection. Birdpaw wrapped her tail around her white paws, waiting for Grandma Dawnstar to start.
Brown eyes searched the crowd as the short she-cat stood on her hind legs to get a better view. It was nearly impossible to see any cat with this kind of height! Ugh! How INFURIATING.
Regardless, very shiney pretty blue eyes caught her attention despite her issues with seeing from over this sea of cats that were way taller than her, which was totally not fair. She also noticed that this cat was quite a ways away from the rest of her clanmates. Magpiepaw snorted. Did they not like Shadowclan or something? Well, too bad for them, because Magpiepaw was about to march over there and say hello. Don't wanna socialize with your clanmates? Oh well! Magpiepaw was extremely interesting, she was positive this odd cat would at least be entertained by her.
With that, the young apprentice trotted up to the cat. As she got closer, she recognized them as Quietpaw. She smiled toothily as she sat next to them. "Meetings, huh? I wish I was at that mink fight, I would've been sooo good at it too! Well, maybe I'd be a lot better if Springblossom would pick up the pace on battle training." Magpiepaw shook her head, unashamed of the light shade she threw at her mentor. "I'm Magpiepaw, the best warrior there ever will be! You're Quietpaw, right?"

Shadowclan apprentice

Oh great, some random cat had come to annoy her...again. Glancing coldly at the newcomer as they sat beside her, Quietpaw instantly did her best to ignore this cat. Socialising was something that made her shiver with dread. Why would anyone willing choose to participate in such a drull activity? Because they're fond of the cats they speak to? It seemed impossible to her, all the cats she met were either nuisances or utterly stupid.
This one didn't show much promise of being different. Blah, blah, soemthing about the mink fight, blah, blah, blah. Was most of what she absorbed from the useless chatting of the other apprentice. Lingering on the mink fight seemed useless so why were they talking about it? Discreetly rolling her eyes at the classic "I'm going to be the best warrior ever!" Introduction, she silently nodded at the confirming of her name. Magpiepaw, huh? She'd forget that, though the name did sound vaguely familiar...oh yeah, her littermate that just disappeared out of existence was called Magpiekit...she'd hope this one would disappear as well.
Lynxshade padded over to the Shadoweledge with tired strides. Now that everything was over, she felt thoroughly the fatigue of the battle, but she was proud of what her clan had accomplished. She cast an appreciative look at the freshkill pile, that was now filled with the brownish color of dead minks. I wonder how they taste, though.

゚。 Mossfreckle (ShC)
゚・。・゚ they/he ~ medicine cat apprentice
❦ Freckled Oriental shaped feline padded on silent, white tipped paws from the belly of the medicine den and out of its mouth, thorn sharp claws click clacked against the sandy stones before settling on the moist, pine needle adorned clearing earth as Dawnstar’s authoritative tones fell as a call to duty on the sensitive hairs within the canals of his angular ears, his mossy hues narrowed against the suns beams momentarily before adjusting once more to the sunny cleaning rather than the comforting, hazed interior of the medicine cats den. Feathery tail flicked idly as his hues settled on the honeyed ginger tabby form which sat in close regard to his den, Hillstrider sat as if he was poised and ready to be beckoned upon, ready to do as Mossfreckle asked… why?… the tom had not the slightest clue as to why but he was happy to have the chipper lad by his side as a friend, a very good friend, ”Hilly, come,” the lanky tom meowed over his freckled, angular shoulder, white tipped tail flicked the large toms nose playfully, further beckoning him to follow the medicine cat to his position close to the Shadowledge, there was no need for the ginger tom to stay when he himself was no longer in the confines of the den.
❦ With hope that the tom would uproot his position and move with the lanky freckled herbalist to the meeting which he was admittedly a tad bit late to but all things considered he was just on time, he was busy… well, would he when the battle weary felines made it he trek to his den to get their ailments sorted out, with a shake of his snakehead the medicine cat apprentice rid his starry mind of the fatigue to come and settled himself between two of Lostspark’s children and the bobtailed, rosetted enforced - Lynxshade, if his currently flurried mind did not fail him in the moment. A gentle lick between Birdpaw’s little ears was his filial greeting to beaming little sister, a smile twinges on his white muzzle as the corners of his maw twitch up to off a soft getting to Sleepypaw whom he had taken quite an interest in before he finally allowed soft tones to be elicited from his shuffling oriental shaped form, ”Lynxshade,” the herbalist meowed politely to the enforcer as his feathery tail curled over his petite paws, ”the battle went well for you I hope,” he has yet to speak with this enforcer past maybe a mere off handed greeting or a simple passing word.
