i suppose you could say it came to her in a... dream. cats gathering, mainly with who they loved most. she smiled, flicking her tail softly as she lifted her head. sundown, perfect. she gave a couple glances around camp, double checking the prey pile. she had some moss, the drinks, you could suppose.

her eyes flitted across the clan. starclan, she prayed they remembered. "cats of thunderclan! tonight is our... newleaf... celebration...?" she called uncertainly. hopefully she said that right... "many of you have someone you have crush on, and this is sometime to spend together! invite them to this, and meet me next to the fresh-kill pile! we have a few things to do later, but for now, just come to me with your partner! cats for security, and escorts for the young cats are needed, come to me with that job!" she settled herself next to the freshkill pile, along with a pile of leaves, mainly for the extra thing she had planned for the cutest couple.

the sun and moon. she was genius. she blinked, smiling.

[HOW THIS WORKS- a roleplay of your cat inviting/or being invited needs to happen BEFORE they speak to white cardinal. games will be done, and i will continue this in 48 hours, although afterwards, cats can still join! sun and moon (prom king and queen) will be voted on later. a special event post for apps will be to make the candidates/prom court for the event.]

Little FrogPaw was one of the first to walk over. She seemed pretty amused by the thought of cat prom judging by the giggle that escaped her jaws… It was time to meet others, and maybe find someone that isn’t ScalePaw… Oh ScalePaw… That WindClan Tom had her heart once, But she can’t like a Tom from another clan, she was a child of StarClan and must follow the warrior code…!

FrogPaw needed to find someone tonight…! A crush, a best friend, any sort of connection would be enough… As long as they distracted her from ScalePaw… Yes! She just needed to stop thinking about ScalePaw…! He probably didn’t even remember her… Okay, FrogPaw! Starting now, No ScalePaw…! Turning her attention onto toms in her clan, she thinks to herself…

(This part may make some of you laugh,)

First we have StormPaw… He’s about my age, however… He’s more like a brother figure than a potential lover when I was growing up…
Then WoodPaw, Who I didn’t really know…
CrowPaw was pretty cool… Maybe a little too cool for me…
WolfPaw was someone I was never really knew… Why were there so many apprentices…?
CracklePaw is about my age too… he’s pretty fine but he’s a big jerk with no respect for anyone but himself… What a way to waste good looks…

Ultimately, Frogpaw decided love would find her… Grabbing some flowers and tucking them in her pelt, she made her way out there and looked pretty… There was no way she was going to do formal night alone…!

Houndchaser

Oh stars what was this going to become! Houndchaser gave a small smile at the event hostess. “ I’m open to be a chaperone, I have nothing planned for tonight if you need someone to watch over this whole...event. Make sure these kids don’t burn the camp down or get hurt, ya know.”
Houndchaser found it easy to watch over some kids, the adults should be able to handle themselves good enough They mewed towards the other warrior. “Let’s get this started, I suppose Eh?” With that Houndchaser made their way towards the prey pile, standing to the side to allow those actually participating in this whole thing to join the crowd that was sure to form.

Mapleface was rather... Gah, she wasn't alone to be honest, for she was a rather outgoing cat, but right now Mapleface couldn't bring herself to approach anyone. She just.. felt rather awkward. Her last affair hadn't gone the best. It could have been worse, but who was she kidding? Clearing her throat, the red Queen swung her head around to look over her shoulder at the nursery. Hopefully, her four kits were still securely in her nest, sleeping soundly.

Now... where was her brother? Maybe teasing Cracklepaw about having a crush on someone would make her feel better.

"I can chaperone too!" The brown and white molly said as she approached Whitecardinal, before looking to Houndchaser. "Probably will need some help keeping the apprentices in check." She hadn't paid too much attention to them, which she wasn't proud of, but she did know that they were a little, chaotic this generation.

Excited by the prospect of a possible new challenge, she bounded over, and sat down tail curling over her paws, it wasn’t like she didn’t have an addiction to challenge, maybe just a need, but her thoughts were soon doused in rejection, a romantic night with your loved ones, bleh, great now I gotta stick around, you know to not appear rude maybe someone else was feeling bored too.

Huh, a celebration? For crushes?

Gentledoe didn't really... think she had a crush. Hm. Sure, she cuddled others, and called them petnames, but she was like that with everybody! She was an affectionate she-cat! Although her heart beat a little faster and she liked being around a certain warrior more than the others, that wasn't a crush. They were just friends! With normal friend feelings! So, she resigned herself to not participating, beginning to move toward the edge of the camp to settle down.

As she heard Whitecardinal mention a need for security and escorts, though, her ears perked. Ah! She could do that! Gentledoe bounded over and flicked her tail toward the other warrior with a smile.

"Hello, darling. I would like to provide security for this event, if you will allow me to."

The russet molly gave a grateful nod, before reaching down, grabbing some berries. All juniper. "this is to mark as a... Helpful participant!" she said, tucking the juniper between each cat's ear, starting with houndchaser. "you may wonder, just keep an eye out. You never know what might happen," she said with a chuckle, shaking her pelt slightly, before sighing. "i should probably tell you sense your helping out, soon enough im going to gather the apprentices for... A sun and moon. The cutest couple. If you all would help when we get there, gathering apprentices and such, that would be wonderful," she purred, wrapping her tail around herself
