As Ashkit napped, they suddenly found themself in Lichenkit’s dream.
Of course, this was totally on purpose.
Yup.
Totally. And a perfect chance to recruit another cat!
Ashkit spotted Lichenkit waking into the dreamscape, and then approached him.
“Hm...” they mumbled, before suddenly getting a really good idea.
Well, not really. But yeah.
“Hey. Wake up. It is very important.” Ashkit prodded Lichenkit with their paw.

Lichenkit groaned at the prod. „Ashhhhhhhkitttt, I'm sleepy." The kitten groaned “What do you want???"He glared at the other kit.

“Lichenkit, you’re in a dream!”
They stepped back after telling him this, and then began to speak once more.
Hopefully Lichenkit would believe them.

Ashkit groaned at Lichenkit’s response.
“UGHHH. JUST LISTEN!” they yowled.
Ashkit then cleared their throat and began to calmly explain;
“ALRIGHT. Alright. So.. there’s this eeeevil spirit called the Stareater. It only comes out every new moon, but it will always make a lotta bad stuff happen. The next new moon is tomorrow.”
Ashkit turned away to face the dreamy horizon.
“And I need your help to stop the Stareater.” they finished.
