Location
In an big oak tree with a hole in it as a entrance, right beside her owner's house.

Dark brown paws jumped onto a fence, claws digging in to get a grip. Apollo's eyes scanned the area, trying to see if there was some other cat around. They spotted a she in a kittypet den yard. He waved his tail in a greeting, hoping she noticed him. Apollo hopped down, and sat.

Basil felt cold, tired, and overall hopeless. He'd been kicked out of his housefolk's nest and had nowhere left to go. He laid down for a moment, recollecting his thoughts. He needed a nap. A warm place to lay down. That's when he spotted a tall oak tree, fitted with a small nook he was sure he'd fit in. Perfect! He rushed over, not even giving it a second thought. How could he? Starving, cold, and tired were three things he'd never really been, or wanted to be for that matter. Basil curled into, oddly, a moss nest, tucking his tail over his face. This place reeked of another cat. He wondered, idly, if he was anywhere near another cat like him. Owned by twolegs, not really the kicked out part. Though, he wasn't really kicked out. Basil really got lost. He sniffled for a moment before he stopped shivering, feeling himself finally growing warmer.

♡Seastone was awoken by a noise of a little cat who had stumbled into her den, she lifted up her head to see the kit who looked pretty ruff. So she stumbled up and wandered over to the little kit and grabbed them by the scruff, taking them to some moss where she was sleeping and put them close to her. "How did you get here? You seem shaken up, your safe with me." she said as she licked the kit with her warm tongue.

Athena was walking along the fence, looking into the yards next to her's. She noticed an oak tree with a hole in it. What could that be? Athena wondered and padded a little closer, scenting the air.

Basil squealed at first until he realized this was a nice cat. At least he thought she was a nice cat. He was just glad to be warm and not alone anymore. He hoped he wouldn't be. Alone, that is! He lifted his head, big green eyes looking up at the sandy-colored she-cat.

"I-I um..."

He held his breath, looking around for a moment before coming back to the question at paw. How had he gotten here? Well, he'd been so mad at his housefolk that he ran off into the forest. From there he got lost several times before coming across this nice twoleg den.

"I got lost and then I found here and here seems nice, and you do too..."

He rambled, laying his head down to take a breather. Basil hadn't really seen another cat in well, a while. It's not like the other cats tried to balance on their fences! And certainly not to talk to him, no no! He pressed his chin firmly into the she's fur, feeling a sudden wave of cold flow out of his body. Did he really look as bad as the cat described? He pondered that while he continued to warm up.

The she looked down at the kit, feeling his little head on her fur, she let out a small purr. She knew this kit had been through a lot by being lost, she knew this would be his last destination. "Well, if you want you could stay here, I'm open to having you here, I have no kits, only if you would like though" she said as she licked the kit's forehead gently.

"I have my owners that look after me, they are very nice! You would love them and they would welcome you with open paws." she said as she put her tail firmly around the kit, who she had just newly met.

Athena jumped down from the fence and approached the tree. Um.. hello? She called nervously into the tree's hole. Is anyone in there? Athena twitched her ears nervously.

Basil's eyes lit up in an instant. A permanent home! With a nice cat! Wow! He nodded his head furiously, almost getting up in his excitement except he remembered the warmth, and he really did not want to be cold again. For a cat he'd just met, not that he had a tier list or anything, she was on his number one spot. He had a feeling they'd be friends forever! And ever, and ever! He liked the idea of a friend! Though he didn't quite know her name yet. So he'd call her smiley! Because smiles represented happiness, and Basil thought the sandy-she was the holy grail of the word nice. In that logic, the two and two fit perfectly together! His new friend Smiley, and his, well, only one right now. But he'd make others, surely! If he believed it, it'd come true!

"Okay!"

His little tail wagged from side to side, making a thump everytime it collided with the floor of the hollow. He really, really, was excited! Basil could hardly contain it, feeling as though he might blissfully pass out, at ease about whatever'd happened in the past. For it was in the past after all!

Seastone looked down at her kit, smiling. She needed to tell them that visitors may come alot, especially rogues, and she needed to tell him her name to, but he may have a name for her, but still. "Well, I'm Seastone, and you can call me whatever you want." she said in a soft voice, taking a breathe before opening her maw again. "Well there will be a lot of passer by's. Loners and rogues mostly, sometimes kittypets." she said with a grin before looking around and seeing two cats.

She looked at the first cat. She knew him, his name was Apollo. "Welcome! What do you need?" she then looked over at the other cat. "Hi! what brings you here?" she said before putting her tail firmly around basil.
