And with that, all of her close friends were gone. The Silver classic tabby took a shaky breath as she replayed Blueberryfrost exiting the camp for the very last time just earlier that day.

Snapjaw padded tiredly to the warriors' den, her entire body felt heavy as her gaze rested on the nest that no longer would hold her only friend in the entire clan. The Riverclan warrior sighed heavily before throwing herself into her own nest, curling up tightly.

She squeezed her eyes shut, taking slow deep breaths until inevitably she drifted off to sleep.

She opened her eyes to find herself... somewhere? where even was this? it didn't... seem like Starclan... though it's not like she would know. If it was, were her family here? Cedarfoot? Lavenderbubble... She paused her thoughts for a moment, had her mother made it to starclan even? She swallowed nervously, unsure if she'd even be able to face any of her family yet.

BlueberryFrost had explored in her dreams and experimented. She could meet cats in her dreams. This time, she wanted to see Snapjaw. She had found a good place to set camp up, and would make a den tomorrow. Right now, she needed to rest. She quickly at a mouse, and then lowered her head to the ground and drifted off. She was here again. The same place every time. "S-snapjaw?" She called out. She could feel her best friends presence here. @seeingstars

She heard her name, a chill ran down her spine as she whipped around, her eyes widening as tears began to form, and her throat grew dry as she went to speak "Blue! You- you're not" she rasped out, unable to say the words. oh blue... please tell me you're not dead already... it's been a day... one... single... day...

Snapjaw looked towards her with a pained expression, fighting back tears. Oh, Starclan... it had to be her fault. She was cursed every cat she loved was bound to die, it HAD to be a curse.

BlueberryFrost stepped over to Snapjaw. "Hey. How ya doin'?" She said quietly. What else was there to say? "I already miss you. It's lonely out here." She looked all around. She wanted to go back into riverclan and stay there, but she couldn't. The former riverclanner looked at her friends face. "Lemme explain- I'm not dead, don't worry. Somehow, I can visit cats in their dreams." @seeingstars

Terror filled the silver tabby she-cat's eyes as she listened to Blueberryfrost speaking 'how ya doing' are. you. dead? Her breathing picked up in pace as she fought back the mental breakdown that was slowly beginning to brew.

She was a generally calm and collected cat, but right now it felt like her world was falling apart. 'I already miss you, it's lonely out here' Once more unable to respond she stood there, brows furrowed. 'out here'? As in out in Starclan? She could not handle this if that was the case.

Finally, the information Snapjaw needed to know. It felt like she was finally breathing again after holding it for a while. "You're... alive?" She asked, relief visibly washing over her as her breathing also began to slow. That's when the questions began

"You can walk in cats' dreams? Did someone teach it to you? or... did it just happen?" She asked curiously tilting her head, her tail tip twitching behind her.

BlueberryFrost looked at Snapjaw. "Of course I'm alive. How could I leave you?" She snorted. There was also some news she had to tell her friend. "It just happened. Don't really know how." She mewed. The former riverclan looked up. "I-i have news. I'm pregnant. The kit's should be due in maybe two weeks or 1." @seeingstars

A rusty purr rose from her throat, it probably sounded painful. Very rarely would Snap be caught purring, so when it was heard it was genuine. She stepped back, hearing Blueberryfrost's last words "oh Blue- What have you gotten yourself into?" She asked with a soft sigh "are they Seabreeze's? Does he know?" asked, concern filling her gaze as a frown rested on her muzzle

"Are you... safe? Do you have any cats to help if something goes wrong during the birth? Are... you alright? How are you feeling about it?" She asked, brows furrowed. So many questions swirled through her head as she once more began worrying about her former clanmate.

BlueberryFrost smiled. Oh SnapJaw..... This was a normal reaction from her friend. "Seabreeze knows. No one knows." She didn't want to leave riverclan. It was her home. The one place in the world where she belonged. She didn't belong out here. She belonged in camp, hunting and laughing with fellow clanmates. Now, she was out here and lonely. "I don't know if I'm safe. I'm looking for cats to stay with me until I have my kits." She took a deep breath. "I'm fine I guess. I feel more tired and the kit's pull me down. I've always wanted kits. When they are atleast 2 moons, I'll have them try to join Riverclan. Even if I can watch over them, I know you, RippleSpirit, and Seabreeze will." This was hard to say. "I miss you. How is Riverclan?" @seeingstars

"oh stars..." Was all the she-cat was able to mutter out before her thoughts interrupted everything. She stood there for a moment, narrowing her eyes as she contemplated what to say next.

"I hope you do, if I find any loners on patrols I'll try to send them your way- if they seem safe obviously-" She murmured, brows still furrowed as she continued listening to Blueberryfrost.

Snapjaw felt helpless, she didn't even know how to respond to all of this. Several different responses raced through the Riverclan warrior's head 'was it worth it? Was seeing him really worth it? Your home, your mate, your friends... me... She squeezed her eyes shut for a second, taking a deep breath to ground herself.

After a moment, she reopened them, hoping this was just some nightmare, and her best friend had not been exiled.

"I-" Damn it Snapjaw! Say SOMETHING. She pleaded with her mind as she looked on at her lifelong friend. She shot a sad look down at her paws.

"Blue- how did this happen?" She finally rasped out, looking up at her best friend and former clanmate "Why did you..." She trailed off, she didn't want to be harsh, but this situation didn't sit right with her.

Why had she felt the need to go run off and find some Shadowclan cat? Was he worth losing everything for? And where was he now? She couldn't get past the questions swirling in her head as she stared on at Blueberryfrost. She wanted nothing more but for her stupid brain to just shut up right now.
