this idea was hatched by me and @/sol. a whole ago so this is partially inspired by the lovely sol.!

Recently, it might have come to some character's attention that the kits of the Clans have been... somewhat treated neglectfully, or, more prominently, don't have a family unit or any role models or parental figures, nothing! So naturally, we have to changed that.

Welcome the KPA! The official kit protection agency! It won't be called this IC but it can be a fun little name ooc! Basically a small band of queens and other cats from each Clan will start fostering/adopting/looking out for kits that need it. These cats MUSTTTTTTT be active because they're most likely going to be role models or even parental figures to quite a few kids, and we can't have them vanishing too quickly because that defeats the whole purpose.

Roles:
Main Queen/Adult: basically the mother hen/papa bear/etc of the Clan, this cat makes sure that every cat involved in this.... club, is doing their job. They're the ones who have the idea and do the recruiting, and must stay active (except for plot reasons ofc)
"Older Siblings": Young warriors or older apprentices, these kids are the role-models, the cat with a soft spot for kids and protective.
Other: A few other elders, warriors and queens that are foster parents/caretakers/adoptive parents/babysitters/etc

Personality: shrike or better known as habit is the adopted son of falcon’feather. Known for his curiosity and endless questions this cat is fairly active around his home. He had been through a lot and is well beyond his years mentally. Often stopping to make sure everyone is ok before taking care of himself he truly gives off golden retriever vibes.

Personality: starry used to be a strict queen but after losing two of her kits during birth her personality has changed for the better. What coldness she had towards her clan had faded leaving behind a fresh new start. She now tries her best to participate in most things while caring for her two kits in the nursery. Often telling stories of her adventures while her kits sleep peacefully by her side.

Extra-info: Iiiif you'd want these cats / recruiters from different clans to meet, juuuust wanted to note that Night doesn't go out much / doesn't attend the gathering that often anymore, but it is possible! + She's generally uncomfortable around adult cats she doesn't know, but could do with some fellow queen friends - ! She was also taught a little bit on certain complications during and post birth that she may be willing to share if absolutely necessary; she'd firstly still recommended going to an actual medicine cat with experience, but simply was told a bit of what to do during an emergency if the mc's are unavailable for whatever reason.
