Weeping when its Dark

Darkclaw was in an annoyed mood today, and she didn't think anything could cheer her up. She sat down on the grass, muttering to herself about the last gathering, and the clans, and her life. IT STANK.

Weepingwillow had decided to get out on this nice day. But being close to kitting was a worry for her. Weepingwillow spotted Darkclaw, giving a wordless mew to announce her presence before meowing. "Hi Darkclaw..... if your not to busy uhm... do you mind going with me? I-i want to go on a walk sense I haven't been out in a while but uhh... y'know just to be safe?"

Darkclaw looked up from where she was sitting, her gaze brightening a bit. Um. She stammered, Of course! It made her happy that at least one cat wanted to talk to her. What's up? She asked.

Weepingwillow shook her head gently. "Nothing much... I just wanted a walking buddy.... for safety and the company.. I don't know if its the pregnancy or what but I've been feeling.... just bad lately. I feel like something off, figured a walk with a friend might help." Weepingwillow purred gently. Her blue eyes gleaming softly in the light.

I'd be glad to come! Darkclaw padded over to Weepingwillow and gave her a comforting nudge. Wow. This is all it takes for a cat to be happy. She smiled.

Weepingwillow gave a genuine and shy smile. Accepting the nudge with a gentle purr, "Thank you, it means a lot." Weepingwillow meowed. Seeing Nightwhisper, Weepingwillow raised her tail and softly called out. "I'm going on a walk with Darkclaw, don't wait for me." Once she'd gotten the nod of confirmation, Weepingwillow smiled to Darkclaw and nodded to the entrance. Her tail dragging a bit lazily behind her.

Darkclaw bounded towards the entrance, then stopped and waited for her clanmate to catch up. If you're expecting kits, why don't you stay in the nursery? She wondered aloud, then clamped her jaws shut. I'm sorry! She said. I didn't mean to say that.

Weepingwillow gave Darkclaw's ear a gentle lick, "It's alright. I'm told that more than you think." Weepingwillow purred, "I figured clearing my head would be nice. Plus I don't want to lose muscle lounging around like a kittypet all day." The queen teased lightly, Giving a small but playful glare over her shoulder to Nightwhisper. "Someone over here thinks I'll break a leg if I walk two centimeters from my nest.. I guess he's as nervous about being a father" Weepingwillow mewed

Darkclaw laughed happily, and she padded along the trail. This was a fun day!
