Mountainkit padded into the clearing. She got down low on her paws and creeped towards the fresh kill pile. She flicked her tail as she tried to drag a dead snake towards the nursery. She dropped the long slimy snake from her mouth when she saw Alpinekit. "Oh! Hi!!" she said with a big smile on her maw. Her large ears perked forward towards her demate.

Her whiskers quivered with questions. "What's an Alpine? Alpine's your name right? Oh! Do you want to help me carry this swake?" She learned how to talk not too long ago and she can't help but bubble out questions one after another.
Alpinekit darted across the Clearing and chomped into the snake. The snake tasted a bit strange. It was a new taste to her but she somewhat enjoyed it. Alpinekit lifted the lengthy snake. The snake was slightly heavy but not too heavy for her to carry.

Mountainkit inspected Alpine kit for a moment. "O-okay.." she meowed and grabbed the snake again. "They were almost there!" she thought with excitement. When they finally made it to the nursery she dropped the snake and huffed. "That thing is heavy!" she complained.
Alpinekit put the snake down carefully. She smiled at Mountainkit. Alpinekit happily thought, "Oohhh. Are we both going to eat the entire snake?!" She was staring intently at it.
