Closed I wanna create an outsider group.

So I wanna start up an Outsider Group called the Skybreakers, they near Riverclan's new territory as their own territory and their leader is Shard. Shard is a grey-blue tom with blue eyes and a mean temper. But he is very helpful and protective of his group, showing patience to those who treat his group well. Their land is a treacherous, rocky place with their meeting Place being a cave they've called Frostfahl and their main camp being out in the open, using small holes in the mountain as dens. They border Riverclan and the Atari with a large sort of area where there is a waterfall, which he named Stormlight Valley after the valley it is in. It is a dangerous land but they manage to survive by relying on each other.
Is this a good idea?

Well you would have to get staff permission first if you want to make an outsider faction
