In the * really bad* roblox RPs I used to do, you could just have them cough a lot, but I’m kinda unsure on here.

tl;dr
fevers/chills, loss of appetite, difficulty breathing, sore throat, and of course coughing [ as a general recommendation, looking up cold or flu symptoms is probably accurate enough ]
