Introduction!
Well the first thing you may be asking is what is Writer Wrangles, well long story short its inspired by the annual Art fight that happens, but rather than making art to attack the enemy team you instead write posts/VAs instead! It's basically a fun way to practice writing and to get inspired to post with a little competition to spice things up! Additionally, I will be creating Unoffical badges, one for all members of the winning team, as well as three exclusive badges for the top three writers!
The Breakdown
To sign up all you gotta do is make a post on this thread saying that you're in! If you are taking part in the additional 'ooo shiny' challenge then please put what character you are going to use for that! I would like to also request that you make a # that you'll use on all your posts for this event just so that counting everything up at the end is easier for me ( I'm just one spider, pleaseeeee- ).
Once the teams are announced and the go ahead is given to begin the wrangle, you may begin posting with your #. Each post you make will count for one point for your team, though longer posts will count for more points with a maximum of 5 ( though if something is truly crazy then this may, maybe, may have an exception, but likely won't. ), please see the scoring section on the specifics of this! Then once the wrangle ends, you'll need to stop using the #, if you continue posting ( I will warn you just to be sure no one accidentally over posts or something ) then all of the posts you made after the end will be uncounted and an additional number of points you made will be disqualified. ( Please see scoring for elaboration. ).

Responding to an open post/roleplay of an enemy: double points
Losing Points
**Losing Points will only happen after you continue any of these behaviors after a heads up from me! I am not actively trying to dock anyone anything so I will be vming little 'hey, just be careful about 'blank'' vms as necessary!**
Disobeying set post orders/posting over others: As much as I am sure you wanna go, go, and go, post orders are important especially for important roleplays. Please let others have time to respond properly before continuing. Everything deserves to be heard and not shut out because they just can't get to the roleplay quick enough!
This behavior will dock one point for every time you post over someone after receiving a heads up from me!
Posting w/ # after the event ends: I am in no way saying you can't post lol, I'm just asking that you stop using the # after the event closes because otherwise it can make counting points at the end more difficult for me. I will let you know if you do this as its a pretty easy accidental thing to do/not realizing the event is over is common. Any posts made with the # after the event ends will not count towards your teams score, if you continue posting with the # after my warning then I will dock points equal to the number of times you post with the #.
I.E: If you post with the # 5 times after the event ends + my warning, then you will lose 5 points from your total.
OOOO Shiny || Additional fun!
Sure, completing this challenge with all of your super fun and amazing characters will give you more things to respond to and gain points by but also... sometimes people like making things harder for themselves ( cough- me- cough ) so this additional challenge means you can only use one dedicated character for this entire event!
Prizes!
Like I said in the overview! I will be creating Unoffical badge for the members of the winning team! You can put these in your signature or something idk man. The top three writers with the most posts will receive a special first, second, and third place badge from me as well ( in addition to the general win badge if they are on the winning team. )
