Icy Heartlands

Claimed by ShadowClan following their temporary relocation,
the Icy Heartlands is a large region of forest territory named after
the former leader Icestar.

"Cobweb" trees can occasionally be found in the area. While useful for
the medical supply, these trees do not contain any life outside thick, dark
colored caterpillars.

"Sparrowpaw lets get going then!" Buckspring announced, the huge white tom making his way out into their new territory. This would be an interesting experience and he would take his chance to teach the new apprentice about the precautions of a new territory. Always be aware. And well, they were going to battle train but could always turn it into an impromptu hunting lesson. Tail swooshing behind him he looked over at the apprentice, and yes this was turning into a... basis lesson? He didn't know. "What can you smell? Anything in particular? Tell me e v e r y t h i n g."

Sparrowpaw padded closely to his mentor, he smelled the air
"Um well the s-smell of Shadowclan and umm...."
The orange tabby thought for a moment, the other smell was stinky but oddly familliar.
"Um.......rogues? And um the smell of prey sir"

Doetuft was wandering around. The wounds on her shoulders having finally at least scabbed over and didn't hurt as much when she pulled on them that she could be up and walking freely about. Well as freely as a blind warrior could. It was still strange to the newly named warrior that she could be out in the territory all on her own, despite this not being their original territory, she didn't need anyone to watch over her. She was a warrior. It was still sinking in truth the told and and the tabby molly wondered how long it would take before she stopped referring to herself as Doepaw and instead used her warrior name; Doetuft. Sighing and shaking her head she continued on her small trek. Maybe she would run into some clanmates of hers? Or she would discover some strange natural wonder only a blind cat could appreciate. She didn't know. And in some ways... that was what intrigued this small trek on her own.

Peacepaw was doing his daily stretches. It was important to be committed to your goals and routine. Skipping even 1 day was a big no-no to him. Peacepaw exhaled as he finished his last pose and blinked as he saw one of the clanmates nearby. They didn’t seem lost but he peered closely. He saw that her eyes were blurry and blinked as he thought that his vision was blurry. Peacepaw glanced again which confirmed that his clanmate was probably blind.

The tom wondered how he should introduce himself. He wasn’t sure if a blind cat would find his poetic speech annoying or something negative. “Good day, since Peacepaw doesn’t know what else to say.” he mewed as he flicked his ear.

It wasn’t his fault, Bear didn’t mean to, geez, he didn’t go bumping into cats for fun.
Anyway, it was a relatively good day for Bearsound (besides him not being in his old camp) and he made it his duty to enjoy it.
So he just smiled and acted all cheery, he was feeling pretty great until-
He tripped on a rock.
He crashed into another cat, feeling embarrassed and self-conscious the big brown tom muttered.
“Sorry.”

Thornscratch was sitting under a tree, talking to herself. The molly felt so lonely she started to talk to herself. Tell herself all her thoughts. She didn't realize her only friend was near. "Nobody cares anymore. No one does.. Not even Blackhaze" she started. The young warrior paused. "I should of got in the way... I might of died if I did that but who would of cared? Right. No one. No one would and no one does care" she continued.

The molly glanced up at the tom. She froze, not knowing what to say. Had he heard everything? Why was he here? She thought he had forgotten her. Thornscratch opened her mouth, copper eyes still dull. "Y-You didn't hear any of th-that, right?" the warrior asked. Maybe he thought it was fake? Hopefully he didn't know everything she said was her true thoughts. How she actually felt.
