The little molly followed suit as she listened to her mentor, though it didn’t really take long for her to answer. Moonpaw hated fighting, the thought of fighting or…more or less killing them just made her want to cry. “Can…we do hunting first? But do I have to learn battle training though?” Her tone was soft and nearly quiet when she asked.

He watched the apprentices hunting crouch.

'Good. When you're huntin' make sure to watch the ground infront of you for sticks and leaves that might make loud noises. We don' want to scare the prey off.'

'Try an' sneak up on me. I'll go an' sit o'er there and you try an' get the jump on me. Preten' I'm a big ol' mouse or somethin'.'

He padded over to a tree and sat down with his back to MoonPaw.

Moonpaw nodded as watched her mentor pad over to the tree, don't mess up, don't mess up, DON'T MESS IT UP. Her eyes fixed onto her target, inching closer, slowly but surely as she settled into position.... then
