hey, welcome to wco! here's some tips that you might find useful, that i've noticed new people miss a lot:
to reply to a vm (visitor message- those little comments on your profile!) you click on view conversation and reply there!
to mention someone, there can't be any bbcode directly next to it, so before you @/someone, make sure that it's not touching any brackets or anything by putting a space before it!
other than that, let me or anyone else know if you need any help. we're glad to have you here, and i hope you enjoy the site!
