Adderpaw was talking to Cobwebpaw, or was just about to when she saw a kitten run straight up to them. She gave a glance to the other apprentice before looking back at the kit. This kitten was almost fresh out of the oven and he was coming up to them asking about leaving the camp. Adderpaw let out a laugh.
She couldn't be hard on the kitten as she was just like this as a kit. Wanting so desperately to get out of the camp. Perhaps they should escort them back to the nursery though, Adderpaw pondered. "Yes we are, I'm Adderpaw and this is Cobwebpaw." Adderpaw said motioning to them with her tail. "Are you supposed to be out of the nursery right now?"

Looking through the crowd the molly was hoping to find one of her kits. She had been so busy she hadn't had any time with them and now one of them was an apprentice. Speaking of which there he was. Her apprentice son moving over to her. She pressed her nose against his cheek warmly. Marigoldleap felt her heart break. She should have been there more when he was a kit she felt time was against her. Hopefully she'd be going back to a normal warrior soon, so she could spend more time with him. Maybe do some training?
Marigoldleap is a pretty active Riverclan warrior and I really want her to be as active as possible, so if there is ever a plot Idea and you need an extra cat feel free to reach out to me. Her and me would love to have something to do
Mistyshard was lounging in the clearing, tail flicking to and fro. Her one amber eye darted around and she was prepared to take care of any disruptions when she caught sight of Eaglepaw approaching. Curiously she tipped her head. Some hunting training? Of course she could do that! She got to her paws and shook out her pelt before nodding. "'Course I can do that! Follow me out of camp then. Let's go to... Rugged Range?"
With pricked ears the scarred tabby began leading the way towards the patch of territory where they were going. It was a decent trek away but it's not like they were in a rush.
The scarred warrior sat back down with a slightly pained sigh. Perhaps the deputy had been better after all. Not that that was a bad thing, it was splendid actually, but she couldn't help but feel he was far worse then he was letting on.
She ran her tail across Silkwisp's back as an apologetic thank you. She blinked back the raindrops that fell onto the lid of her eyes with a few grunts of effort. It seemed that the rain was a bit lighter now. "Sorry," Owltalon mewed as she settled back down. "Just had uh, an intervention." She smiled. "Anywho, how've ya been? Good, I assume?"
It wasn't the best opening to a conversation, but it would have to do. Plus, Silkwisp didn't seem to mind regardless. She had a feeling that she'd like the strange cat.

"S'okay, bro" Silkwisp responded as she gazed at Owltalon lazily. She had a little bit of a lisp because of her protruding fang but it didn't bother her too much. In fact she thought it was pretty cool. But that was just the kind of cat Silk was; Charismatic, chill and just all around a nice cat to hang with.
Tipping back onto her back again, Silk gave Owl a big grin at the her attempt to start a conversation. "You bet! I've been thinking of going to Lionsbeach to catch some crabs or something, you know those gnarly little dudes! Or just find some some cool rocks. That'd be fun, don't ya thing?" the tall she-cat rambled on excitedly about her plans. She really like things like that and was always happy to share them. Hopefull Owltalon would share her interests as well?

Owltalon grinned from ear to ear. She loved it when other cats trusted her enough to tell her about their interests and hobbies, it made her feel trustworthy, like a friend.
"Hm, crabs? Rocks? Ha! Seems like my kind of afternoon," she stretched her hamstrings and flexed her claws before continuing. "Due to new and improved rules, you'll have to have another cat come with you. Fortunately, I'd love to come!"
She nudged Silkwisp playfully. "Plus, I'm sure the clan could benefit from some good 'ol hunting, don't 'cha think?"
In truth, it had been awhile since Owltalon hunted anything other than trouts, so this could be a learning experience for her. Pinchers or no pinchers! Those crabs were going down!
"I didn't know that you were a rock person, Silk, but I wouldn't mind looking for 'em."

Eaglepaw was relieved when Mistyshard agreed to take her out hunting. She was worried about falling behind, especially when the clan needed stable warriors now more than ever. As the pair began padding out of camp, and Mistyshard suggested the Rugged Range, Eaglepaw paused. "Er, sorry, I shouldn't question ya but I thought the Rugged Range wasn't good for hunting...?" She managed to squeak out, not meeting Mistyshard's gaze. Sometimes Eaglepaw could face down the largest opponent with no fear, while other times she would blanch at even suggesting someone made a poor choice. The dichotomy of a small child. "But if you think it's right, then I'll follow you!" She chirped, trying to fix any mistake she might have made.

Flipping onto her paws(not actually flipping lmao) at Owltalon volunteering to accompany her in crab hunting, Silkwisp's smile instantly grew ten times larger. Talons wanted to come and hunt the pincers with her? Awesome brah! The two of them would bring back a feast for their fellow bros!
Giving her sleek pelt a vigourous shake, sending raindrops flying everywhere, Silk grew to her full height, which was, surprisingly quite tall. She was itching to go, go, go! So she didn't waste anytime in dawdling. "Really? Epic, dude! I'm stoked! C'mon Talons let's go catch pinchers" Making sure to give Owl a friendly pat on the shoulder, Silkwisp shot of towards Riverclan territory, hopefully with her fellow clanmate following.

She was quite surprised by Silkwisp's sudden swiftness, it made her almost have to scramble to her paws as Silkwisp galloped out of Riverclan territory. Even if she was surprised, Owltalon was quick to catch up with her. She may see herself as an old bulky hag for a cat, but that didn't mean she couldn't run.
(I'll be waiting for your next post in Lionsbeach! I might be late though as Owltalon has a sudden increase in duties lol ooc and ic)
