Honeysuckle was lounging around the camp, eyelids feeling heavy. With a sudden jolt of energy, she stood up. She needed to use this before she ran out of energy again. She made her way over to Nightfall, "You seem nice! Would you be willing to teach me? Anything really is great!" Her tail happily vibrated, a toothy grin appeared on her face. She decided not to warn this cat about her.. curse? Whatever it was. Not close enough with said cat.

Nightfall sat down and yawned, still listening to the apprentice with attention until the end. He was tired, but he had no apprentice and so his duty to teach others was even more important than ever.
Silently, he signaled the apprentice to follow with his tail and run into the territory without any warning, turning back his ears to try and catch the apprentice's paw steps, if she was even following. "C'mon, Honeysucklepaw! This is the first part of today's training!"

He kept running and followed the most difficult path directed to Windy Hills.
As he got close to the open space, he stopped beside a gorse bush and waited for the apprentice to catch up. After all, a Windclan cat needed to learn to run, too, and too many times mentors forgot this point. Furthermore, he was ignorant about her territory tour knowledge.

"Honeysuckle?" He called in a calm voice.

Honeysucklepaw was bewildered. He just signaled for her to follow him and sprinted off?! Well alright. She begun into a sprint, trying to follow after the tom. She needed to keep up with him. She had started off running quite slowly, her body had not warmed up yet. Then with some blood flowing, she begun to get faster. She chased right after him, although slower than him. She'd learn to get faster with time.

She eyed the path, breathing heavy. When he stopped, she continued running to catch up, she wasn't far behind. Slowing down a bit so she could stop as well though. Slower.. slower. She made her way up to him. She panted slightly, still breathing pretty heavy. "Gosh you're.. Fast!" She continued to try and catch her breath.

Nightfall watched behind. The apprentice had managed to catch up to him, which was good. "You may need to do a run like that anytime, for any reason, anywhere. It's important to be always ready."

Now he turned his orange gaze to the moor. Open space. Greenleaf. Sprouts and live-green plants as a source for all kind of prey.
"Do what I do." he instructed, sneaking up under a heather bush without making any sounds, his tail avoiding to move any high tuft of grass to alert prey.
"When you move, there are many things to remember: how you sneak between long plants, and the breeze. One: it changes based on how high or low you are on the hills. Don't let it unbalance you. And two: the breeze carries both noise and smell. You need to identify the location of your prey to make sure you're upwind. Got it?" he turned toward Honeysucklepaw, searching for any kind of doubts in her face.

Honeysucklepaw crouched down. It was sloppy. But nonetheless she followed after Nightfall. She eyed how his tail avoided the grass. So, she carefully made her way over. She kept her tail to herself. Under the bush she went. Then he had instructions. So she did her best to memorize them. It'd be easier to physically learn it, but verbal instructions would have to do for now.

"Hills and balance. Breeze, prey, and upwind. I think I got it." She whispered. She didn't know if she had to, but it felt suitable for this moment. A dreaded bee started to make its way over to her. A scowl formed on her face. Seems those darn bugs were awake now. She wanted to swat at it, shoo it away. But that'd be noisy, she was trying not to be.

Nightfall's face suddenly turned back with a frown. "Focus, Honeysucklepaw. When you're hunting, nothing else matters." He said very seriously, starting then to walk again slowly and signaling with his tail to follow him.

He stopped and raised slightly his tail tip. The breeze is carrying rabbit, and we are already upwind. Are you ready, Honeysucklepaw? All you have to do is get enough close to make a quick run for it, but not too close so that the prey hears you. ...Follow your instinct. I'll be watching you from here, and help you with the rabbit if it flees in my direction."
