Sandy walked out of her small shed and looked around the alleyway she called home. She stood in the empty alleyway with sadness, as her heart melted with loneliness in the shining sun. 'There will never be anyone here, but you,' she thought with a frown. She made her way through the dark alleyway.

Sandy walked out of her small shed and looked around the alleyway she called home. She stood in the empty alleyway with sadness, as her heart melted with loneliness in the shining sun. 'There will never be anyone here, but you,' she thought with a frown. She made her way through the dark alleyway.

Snow walked through the alleyway with his side bleeding heavily as he was attacked by loners. He looked over at the She-cat and let out a hiss. "Why do there always have to be cats." he hissed.

Sheerkit stumbled into an alley. She hadn't eaten for two sunrises. Not since she'd left her mother, and then left her friend. Neither of them had understood. She didn't want to be in their groups. She didn't want to be with Abysslight. Not after she'd been lied to. Her paws, ears nose and tail were cold, and she was shivering badly as snow drifted down. The small black and silvery gray she-kit nearly slipped in a frozen over puddle. On either side, very tall twoleg nests were nestled, and boxes and weird green metal things which stank of food gone bad and other stuff she didn't recognize. She saw a very small twoleg nest, and she darted inside, ignoring the strong scent of cat and curling up in a ball, quickly falling asleep.

Sandy smelled two cats and heard a tom hiss behind her and turned around. She saw a white tom standing behind her. "Don't worry, I don't attack other cats." she meowed. Sandy walked towards her home and scented a kit. She saw a small kit laying inside her home. She allowed the kit to sleep and she gently grabbed some cobwebs. Sandy made her way back to the tom.

"What are you doing, Loner." he asked with a growl. Snow noticed the cobwebs in her jaws and began to relaxed. 'Is she trying to heal me' he thought. He starred at the pretty ginger she-cat. 'she sure is pretty, but she must already have a mate,' he thought again. He sat down on the ground and laid down on his good side, to rest.

Sheerkit woke up, expecting to see the kind black face of her mother, and then she remembered what had happened, she the kit scrambled to her paws, eager to see her surroundings. There was nothing like this in RiverClan or the forests where Nutkit had died. He'd never gotten to see this. She saw a white tom and a pretty molly, and she sat in the warmth of the small structure, just watching, not making any noises. Who're they? She wondered.

Sandy took the cobwebs and placed them on the tom's side. "I'm Sandy by the way." she meowed. She looked behind her and saw the kit. "Hi, young one. Whats your name?" meowed Sandy.

Sheerkit looked down at her paws. “I-I'm Sheerkit....” she whispered quietly, flicking her ears, trying not to think about Nutkit. The small smoke furred kit looked up. “Do you live here?” she asked cautiously, her voice slightly loved than before.
