* As Raven runs from some of her classmates from witch school she trips and falls through a hollow tree. Falling down into the tree she hits her head and falls unconscious. Unconscious she lays in an alleyway right in front of a human girl.

She may have taken a wrong turn, because this definitely didn't look like the way home. Riley uncertainly checks her phone, which has been buzzing with notifications all damn day. Most of them are from her friend Nico, who'd been trying to get in touch with her for nearly a week now. She hadn't been replying to her messages since the... Thing. Her other friends had gotten the message and given up, but Nico had persisted. Riley's thumb hovered over the digital keyboard, but she couldn't sort out what to say, so she went to put her phone back in her pocket and-

-she tripped on something warm and soft. Riley gasped, shouting a very offensive word as she stumbled, eventually regaining her balance. Her phone had flown out of her hand and shattered on the ground, but that wasn't the most attention-grabbing thing on the floor, because when she turned around to see what she'd tripped over, it was a freaking person. Riley yelped again, then smacked a hand over her mouth. This wasn't something she was prepared for. Without taking her eyes off the person, she picked up her phone and put it in her pocket, successfully this time.

After that was all sorted out, she squatted down next to the girl, who at first Riley had presumed dead, but now noticed her chest slowly rising and falling. Riley, however, was not breathing. What the hell was she supposed to do? Leave? Wake her up? She blinked, leaning over the girl's fluttering eyelids and inspecting her face. Then, acting on pure, animalistic instinct, she slapped the girl across the face and shrieked, "WAKE UP!"

* She jolted upright almost hitting the girl in the head. She looked around and started to crawl backwards away from the human girl. Her instinct to run taking over. She pushed out her hand and spoke in latin. *
" Domine, salvum me fac. " *English translation: Lord, Save me. *
* When she stopped talking a bubble appeared around the woman. *

Riley lurched backwards when the girl sat up, scrambling to her feet. She opened her mouth to say something, but the girl was quicker. Riley quirked an eyebrow when she said something in a language she didn't recognize. Then, again, before she could say or do or think anything, something encased her. A bubble. Riley yelped, clapping her hand over her mouth again. She lowered it, staring wide-eyed at the strange girl. "What the hell?" was all Riley said. This was wild. She just wanted to have a normal day of hating everyone in her life and complaining about it to whoever would listen, and here she was, trapped in a bubble, talking to a weird girl who she'd found in an alleyway.

So, yeah, What the hell about summed it up.

* She stared at the girl she trapped in a bubble. She felt safer, but still scared. She again spoke this time with a questioning tone. *
" Úbi sum? " * Translation: Where am I? *

Riley raised her eyebrows and crossed her arms. "Huh?" If her phone wasn't broken, she would've opened up Google Translate or something, but - she stuffed her hand in her pocket and brushed her fingers against the jagged screen - it was currently broken. She settled herself cross-legged on the ground, setting her hands in her lap.

* She scooted over closer and lightly tapped her arm trying to show the girl to do the same. *
" Pervenire foras. " * English translation: Reach out *

Riley huffed, scooting closer so she was barely an inch away from the edge of the bubble. "What?" she said slowly. She frowned when the girl tapped her arm. What did that mean? She rested her chin on her hand, looking the strange girl up and down.

* She pointed at the other girl and demonstrated reaching out with her arm. *
" Pervenire foras. "

Riley cocked her head to the side, watching the girl reach out and point to her. "What, you want me to do it?" she asked, fixing her posture and reaching out just as the strange girl did.
