hello hello! what an interesting title, hmm? well if your cat is looking to... dispose of their enemies, Soldier's got their back! as an outsider, he realizes that he can't get punished for killing someone. so he decides to help other cats by killing for them.

but what you wish for always comes with a price. he'll kill the requested cat, but there is a chance that instead of killing and keeping his mouth shut, he may just say "oh yeah btw (cat) told me to kill this cat for them" and expose them. (ooc it's a flip of a coin, but nvm that for now!)
