A soft gentle breeze blew as a soft cream she-cat lay down in a nest full of moss. She was breathing softly, dreaming about her one and only love...suddenly she jerked away as pain filled her body. Oh no she thought. they are coming. The she-cat turned and reached for the stick that was by her. She had it by her nest just incase this would happen. Putting it in her mouth, she bite down as pain went through her body. You can do it, you can do itshe said as she pushed, bitting down on the stick harder. A tiny little thing slide out. The she-cat's mind went blank as the pain was unbearable and before she knew it, she had five kittens by her side. She didnt know how they got to her side nor how she licked them clean. But looking down she took in their beautiful fur. She purred happily, her eyes landed on the first kit, a tom and the oldest. It looked like her but had beautiful gray spots on his fur, and two big ones around his eyes. "I'll name you Owl." she purred happily looking down at her son. ( @Luna16 ) Her eyes turned on to the next kitten beside Owl, it was a she-cat. Her fur was black with soft cream splashes across her face and body. "You will be named Turtle." she purred. Her eyes drifted to the next kitten another she-cat. Her fur was cream colored too but with gray speckles on her chest, two gray ears and gray spots on her face, smiling she said. "You'll be Petal." ( @Bluest+r~ ). The next kit was a gray tom with cream colored eyes and a cream colored chest. "Wave." she purred. ( @Spookez. ) The last kitten, and the smallest one was a complete gray tom, who looked exactly like Ratheart, the love of her life. "You'll be named Wolf, after your father." she purred. Ratheart's name was previously name was Wolfsnarl and it fit him perfectly. ( @Shrew ) "Welcome to the world, my loves. I'm your mother Peaches."

Peaches sat outside the den looking up at the night sky, she turned and looked back into the den. Her eyes landed on her kits, they were now two moon old. Her gaze turned back to the night sky. Where are you Ratheart? she thought. You're kits are growing so fast and you're missing out

Petal ran around in a circle, stumbling every few steps. She picked up a nearby leaf and threw it at Wolf. "Catch!" She yowled, but the leaf fell slowly to land right in front of Petal. Petal frowned and glanced up at her mother. "Mama why don't leaves fly?" She asked curiously.

Peaches looked back into the den at the sound of her daughter, Petal. Standing up, she walked into the den and over to Petal. "Well...I do not know why, my love. But I do know they fall for a short amount of time when they fall from the trees." she said, looking down at her daughter. Petal's eyes were a dark amber.

Turtle yawned as she rolled over in the nest, trying to sleep. But she couldn't due to her sister asking questions.

Wolf tilted his head, attempting to stand up, but stumbling. Mrrow? he mewled, trying to reach the leaf.

Peaches purred as she moved closer to Wolf, she watched him go for the leaf.

He inched closer to the leaf, eventually clutching it in his little jaws. he munched on it, before spitting it out.

Wavekit was getting a bit bored. Stumbling on the cold cave floor. He walked to one of his siblings, Wolfkit and attempted to swat at him, only falling on his snout. Wavekit let out a angry mew and glared at his sibling.

(aughhh I'm sorry, I got a side tracked. Ohh and Wavekit is suppose to be Wave until Peaches dies and he and his siblings go to Thunderclan. Where they'll gain 'kit' at the end. Sorry for the miscommunication everyone.)


Peaches looked at Wave, she then turned to look at the rest of her kits. She was happy, but part of her wanted Ratheart to be here...he was missing out on these things...Her eyes drifted back to outside of the den at the stars. He told her about Starclan...she believed it.


Turtle looked at Wolf and Wave, she then curled back up in a ball in the nest.
