Forest's Refuge {Open}

This is a little cave that goes down underground. Forest has made his home here, away from Fox. He wants someone to teach him how to fight, and kill someone.

[ Forest is a grey tabby tom, who is about 5 and a half moons old, and has SEVERE bloodlust. Open to anyone who finds his refuge, or wants to train him. ]

A large, brown maine coon stalked through the forest. His footsteps were near silent and he had a slight scowl on his face. He needed a break. A very short, rushed break since he hated peace so much. Peace was boring. He needed to fight, to hunt, to kill. His ears twitched as scented another cat. They smelled... young? The brown tom scanned the area warily, waiting for whoever this cat was to approach him.

Forest heard someone approach. He peeked his head outside of his little cave, to see a massive cat. "C-can you train me to fight and kill?" He mewed. He wanted to get to the point.

Zakien blinked, staring down with narrowed eyes at the kit. There was nothing else to call the thing. It was grey, peeking out of a cave, and small. Although, being a maine coon, Zakien's perspective of heights tended to be slightly flawed. "Train you?" the tom echoed in disbelief. "The first thing you need to know, kit, is not to approach strangers. Lucky for you, I'm not in the mood for eating little baby kitties today." He was glaring at the kitten from a few fox-lengths away. While this encounter was certainly unique, jumping at kittens with definite blood-craving issues wasn't exactly Zakien's ideal vacation. "What are you doing out here, anyway? Go scram back to your momma." Zakien refused to pass on any information to a wimp, so if the kitten ran, well, farewell. Honestly, the rogue could care less at this rate. Save him from the approaching headache, anyway.

Forest barged out into the open, revealing his full body. [ He's actually pretty big for his age his head is just pretty small. ] The words the other cat said made him angry. "Oh! I see! big man over here wants a fight!" "You don't know, do you... I love the taste of cat blood!" "I need to kill someone! You don't understand!" "TRAIN ME! He yelled while springing at the other cat. "TRAIN ME OR ELSE THERE WILL BE SEVERE CONSEQUENCES!

Zakien stared at the kitten in disbelief. Okay, so the little kitty wasn't so little. He didn't care. He called his mate a little kitty sometimes and they were almost the same size. The term didn't mean anything to the maine coon, it was just his way of referring to things in his mind.

...and the little kitten was also insane. No cat with a decent amount of common sense would go around screaming things like that. Zakien didn't even know the kit's name and it was threatening to kill him. "Calm down, kitten," the rogue taunted carefully, his eyes not leaving the kit's grey form. "How many cats have you hurt? I'll train you if you're up to my expectations."

"I'VE HURT ONE, BUT I'VE THREATENED TO KILL TWO OTHERS!" Forest yelled. His bloodlust was coming back up. "I NEED THE TASTE OF CAT BLOOD IN MY MOUTH! IT GIVES ME STRENGTH!!!" "TRAIN MEEE!!!"

"Fine, fine," Zakien muttered with a narrowing of his eyes. Yep, the kitten was insane. If he trained it, would it leave him alone? He could slip away later; he had somewhere to get going, anyway, and honestly, after Harley, he was hoping that he'd be done with insane cats. Really, hurting one cat wasn't something impressive. Killed none, threatened two - that was just embarrassing. " 'kay, kitten," the maine coon grumbled, "I'll train you." With a glare, he added, "I can go back on my word, so you'd better be treating me with respect. First thing were gonna work on is that loud mouth of yours and some patience." There was a hint of threat in Zakien's voice. If that thing dared scream at him again-

Forest calmed down immediately once he said he would train him. The other cat looked like they could have killed a few cats. "So... When do we start?" Forest was ready for anything, and he needed to kill someone soon.

"Now," Zakien responded to the grey kit's inquiry. "I will give you a set of rules concerning this... apprenticeship by the end of the day, but first off, how badly do you need to kill something?" Zakien questioned. "I would rather not be interrupted in the middle of a training session, so if you would like to go hunting first, say so now. I might be able to give you some pointers." The maine coon paused for a second before curtly adding, "And give me your name, kit."
