Yellowtwist glanced around. He was going to try an old event idea he had when he was a young apprentice. Not enough people joined, though. This time, though, he would hopefully get more cats to join him. It was time to train. Not playing. It was technically playing, he guessed, but it was also training and he wasn't participating.

"Shadowclan!" He yelled. "Yeah, I'm doing this again. This time, there's going to be two teams. One will chase the other team, and when they tap the other team, that player is out. The other team can do everything that isn't literally illegal to not get hit. The team that's being chased just has to make it around camp."

Participants get 50kk!
Winners get 1000kk!
You must have at least 5 posts to win, though per 2 extra posts you get an extra 10kk
Your team will be randomized! If you'd like to be switched, please let me know.
Open to apprentices and warriors! Sorry kits, that would be really unfair imo.

grousepaw grunted as he dragged himself out of his sun-basking spot at the call of the young warrior. something about chasing. . . eh, well it seemed like a perfectly good waste of an evening. he smirked to himself, a plan already growing to exercise the exact limits of this 'runners can do anything barring breaking clan rules to escape'. heh. well, whatever happens. . . he was certainly in for a good time.

rookpaw wasnt super thrilled about this event but whatever could get her out there and interacting with her clanmates was welcome so she made her way over to the small group that had former in front of yellowtwist. the game was unfamiliar and didnt sound super interesting, basically just chasing after the other team? how was that supposed to help with training at all.
rookpaw eyed another apprentice, their fur had quite the interesting colour combination, she liked it. the apprentice himself didnt seem thrilled about this event either but he had made his way over either way, mustve had similar thoughts as she did. somewhere between disinterest and indifference. rook settled a tail length or two from them, waiting for the young warrior to continue speaking about the event.

Brownpaw quickly joined the interested cats, eyes sparkling at the chance to play a game. That last time she did something like this was a few moons ago, when Brownpaw was still a kit. It kind of sounded like tag... but with a lot more people! Brownpaw liked tag! Even though she wasn't very good at running, it was fun to try. Even the tripping was fun sometimes!

Brownpaw spotted Grousepaw and another older apprentice, already warrior-sized, but she was pretty sure that was the Rookpaw Dawnstar mentioned. Did they play games like this in Riverclan? Brownpaw didn't see why they wouldn't. Oh, this would be a good chance to go say hi!

Brownpaw sat next to the two of them, smiling brightly. "Hello!", The apprentice chirped, turning towards Rookpaw to introduce herself. "I'm Brownpaw. I'm seven moons old! What's your name?"
