Chat name problem
My WCO name has a lowercase s, but no matter what I do my chatbox name has an uppercase S. It says I need to make it match my WCO name, but I can't!

As long as it's discernibly your name, it doesn't have to be exact. So if the only difference is the capitalization, that's not an issue.

It's a stationary notice, it's not going away until a staff member removes it for everyone.
