How I Calm Down A Fox Doberman, Is I Remind Myself Of A Forest, After A Good Rain, A Sunny Morning, No People Around! It's Hard Because, I Was Abused And Dog Fought In Past Life. So I Find It Hard Not To Shift Because My Old Home Is In My Back Yard.... How Odd. So It Becomes VERY Hard When I'm In My House.

Lemme Know Y'alls Ways Of Not Shifting/Calming Down!

As a cat therian, i turn away from the topic/person that angers me and go on about something else, but if it just angers me too much, I start hissing or making angry cat noises to help me calm down.

Or I think back to the memories i have collected through my meditations, like, for example, what my mate exactly looked like. all I caught is that he was black and white, sort of like smudge. or maybe my theriotype's eye color. or what my owners called me, since it was clear I was a pet.

As a bat and sugar glider therian, I try to stay away from trees/high places/dark places to avoid shifting. I also try to remember that I am physically in a human body and think the most human thing I can, like tv shows. I also try to remember my bat siblings to calm down. If I can't calm down that way, I just go to my room and jump from the top bunk of my bed. @Desert Rain Frog

or i also think of something completely different, like, "what will i get for christmas?" or "I need to watch some of [insert youtuber i like]'s videos, i havent in a while"

Im a calico, gray fox, and magpie therian. I havent found a good way to calm down yet. My calico theriotype is probably the hardest to deal with. Since I was hit by a car and now I never want to be near one again. My fox theriotype was caught in a snare so sometimes I feel like something is choking me or tugging on my neck. I dont know much about my magpie past life yet.
I could really use some help

So, How I Died Was By One Of Those Long Medal Stick Leash Things, It Slashed My Neck When I Was Thrashing Around. I Hate When I Get That Feeling, So When I Feel That I Just Think Of Another Theriotype Of Mine (Albino Crow, Amur Leopard, Sokoke Cat)
