Wounds In Flesh And Soul [VA]
The small kit was cold. He hadn't eaten in days, and when was the last time he slept? He smelled cats. Cats- other cats - meant food! He excitedly bounced up the best he could. "Hi. Do you have food?" he said quietly. He had intended for his voice to sound happy and kitlike, but he had no idea when he last had water either. Or at least water in a large enough quantity to be sufficient.
"Who's this scrap?" growled Lizardleap. "Don't know. He looks like a mini Darktiger though. Ya think dis 'is son?" said Houndsnap. The massive tabby loomed over the small ball of fluff. "Let's kill him!" exclaimed Vipertounge excitedly, with that iconic lisp on his S's that made him sound like a snake. "Nah. Darktiger never liked anyone enough to have kits." grunted Lizardleap.
"Darktiger is my dad! Do you know him? He's awesome, you like him? Maybe enough to let me join you guys?" he asked tentatively. If these cats liked Darktiger, maybe they'd like him too!
