Applebees And I think I've lost my will + she/her + No purrks
Applebees carefully led Wrenseeker down towards the outskirts or at least in its general area, she hated the mountains. She is hoping that Talonpaw would be able to track them here, she had made it obvious where they were going. The point would have waited for them to show up but they had done enough of that. She wanted to get this over with since she didn't like that they were on unfamiliar lands in her opinion and the fact they lived next to outsiders. It bothered her that they lived next to a non-clan group, they felt more unpredictable than the other clans back home. "Here we are, weird to not be patrolling another clan's border" she partially muttered, obviously she held disdain for their situation. "Like usual, check and make sure we don't have any trespassers and see if it is even possible to expand further" she made sure to meet the newly made warrior eyes. A part of her didn't even want to think of trying to expand their territory, she didn't want to live in this heap forever.
“Right,” Wrenseeker says, wandering close to the border and marking it. Crystal blue eyes watch beyond where RiverClan had previously scent marked. It wasn’t very clear that someone else lived beyond, but so they moved on anyway.
@Kix
Applebees gave her own nod at Wrenseekers response and moved on her own to mark the border. Quietly she looked around at the surroundings and so far found nothing out of the ordinary. She did note that she noticed no predator smells either so she assumed it was safe.

“I think we’re good here,” Wrenseeker says, rubning up against a rock to make sure it was thuroughlu maeked. Luckily there seemed tobbe no danger at sll.
@Kix
The siamese brushed against another set of rocks and a random brush of plants for good measure before she returned. "Great, nothing different and it's possible to expand like Dusklion wants" she nodded. However, she doesn't understand why they'd even want to expand when this wouldn't be their permanent home. "Lets get goin' on back, I'm sure they probably wondering wher' we at" with a flick of her tail she lead the way back to camp.
@Neptune. [ ill go ahead and report the patrol !]

Two small cats had sat themselves down at the border, discussing something. The first was a small, tortoiseshell tom whose head was entirely ginger while the rest of him looked like he was in a suit. The other had a similar appearance to Grimpaw but less of a shine to it and very messy.

Turning to her apprentice is she arrived, Goldfish flicked her tail in greeting as she rested her head on her dappled shoulder blade. The Ace of Spades was pretty sure she'd never been called Speckles before, but a bolt of pleasure shot through her. A wonderful nickname really. She had no complaints. "Nope, not late at all! We'll be going to one one the outskirts borders, where we haven't expanded or really been to much yet. It should be exciting, don't you think?" It was quite cloudy but at least there wasn't rain. Rain wasn't on on agenda and she wasn't in the mood to get a cold downpour on patrol.. it would wash away all the scents. At the sight of Adderstrike, Goldfish offered the tabby shecat a brief nod and a smile. "Alright, let's head out, shall we?"
---
The rocky territory wasn't enough to tear her thoughts away from her dream with Pepperbounce. She felt on air and undoubtedly relieved to have seen the gray tom. She had missed him. It hadn't been recognized how much she missed him till last night, seeing him. Same anxious mate he had always been. Just had to move on. Recover. As they plodded on, she straightened suddenly, tail flicking to and fro as she stared directly at the sight. Two cats at the border. Too close to riverclans side for liking. They were clearly rogues, and Goldfish didn't like seeing them basically on top of the markings. She glanced sharply at Mari. "Really need to train you for battle in case something happens don't i?" she murmured, mostly to herself. Then she turned back to the cats. "Hey! Don't you see you're sitting on scent lines? Stay back from Riverclan territory if you value your kitty whiskers." She hissed, approaching them. She prayed Adderstrike was beside her. Though these cats seemed a bit unlikely to attack, backup always made her feel safer. Her ears were pinned as she glared her golden hues directly at the pair. She'd given a warning. She wasn't afraid to attack if they didn't move.

"Sounds good to me." Adderstrike said with a warm voice. She was so glad that she wasn't late. Late on her first patrol as a warrior wouldn't make a good mark on her records. Her mind was a little busy herself to fully respond to Goldfish, there was just so much noise that it became hard to hear things in the real world.
Adderstrike kept an eye out for any spot of land that seemed interesting to her while they walked along. There was a few places that she saw that peaked her interest. Maybe they could loop back after they scouted the whole border? Then a scent hit her noise. It smelt musky and wrong. Riverclan's scent had shifted since they weren't around mud and water as much anymore but this scent felt way off. The young warrior pinned her ears back and tensed her muscles, ready for any surprise attacks. Then there was rogues on their border. Didn't the strong scent of their clan make it clear that this was someone's already claimed land? Rogues could be so dense. "You would do best to go somewhere else, rogues." Adderstrike spoke as she slowly walked up to be right in front of Marigoldpaw in case these rogues tried to be monsters. This would not be the first time she seen this happen with her own eyes. Yet she hoped it wouldn't be another time where she had to dig her claws into them.
Almost immediately upon hearing voices one cat was startled while the other just lightly looked over. Then he huffed, rolled his eyes and just signalled for his friend to follow him as he padded elswhere as far from the border as can be.

This being her first patrol and all, Marigoldpaw was quite excited to see the border for herself. Out of all the things she wondered if she would see, two rogue cats wasn't on the list. She blinked squarely at the two cats, listening as her ears filled with the concern of Goldfish. Marigoldpaw's muscles tensed. Please don't fight them. Or me. I don't know how... And uh, I don't really wanna fight. She shrunk deeper into herself as Adderstrike covered her with her own silhouette. Marigoldpaw unsheathed her claws, but it's not like it would do anything useful.
Well that was an odd interaction. The two strange cats just being there was a surprise but the fact that they willingly moved was even more so. Hazel eyes darted over to the warriors before her as she watched the rouges pad away. How'd they even get up here? Regardless of any questions, relief flooded her mind like the downpour of rain.
"Okay erm, should we still worry about that?" Marigoldpaw stared long and hard at the border. Perhaps it did need expanding.
