Fadingsun watched the pair of warriors closely, but he didn't get much inspiration from their scrap. That was to no fault of their own; it just didn't turn out quite as he'd hoped. "Get back in the water, both of you, if you don't mind. Fallenwish, I want you to go under the water and only attack Snowstripe from beneath the surface; none of your attacks should happen from above the surface."
Hopefully this would give him the inspiration he needed.

If that wasn't working for Fadingsun, she'd try again. Fallenwish splashed into the water and sunk as low as she could. She barely had the faintest idea of what she was doing in her mind, but she had the vague gist of what she was doing.
As she descended, she attempted to pull Snowstripe down with her. If she succeeded, she'd mock- scratch her clanmate and use her to propel herself upward.

Snowstripe was pulled down with fallenwish but she tried to put up a small fight but was still dragged under trying to swim around fallen and swimming

She was near the surface when Fallenwish spotted Snowstripe trying to swim around her. She didn't really think before thrashing a bit to create lots of bubbles so Snowstripe couldn't see through.
Surely the cat could hold their breath. Fallenwish darted above where she had seen her opponent last and reached to bat at her, claws sheathed, obviously. If she succeeded, she would dart to the surface.

The diluted calico lifted her forepaws and head above the surface just enough to make a visible splash from below the surface,
then Fallenwish sunk under and darted to another area near the bay, and climbed out.
