Unofficial Non-Romantic Relationship Of The Month

Hello! I've seen some questions of the former OTMs Club, and why not start an unofficial one to see if it can gain enough activity to be added back. Probs not but who knows !!

Here is Non-Romantic Relationship of the Month [or NRROTM] - Here you can choose two cats who have a [Non-Romantic] relationship and nominate them! They will begin on the 1st of each month, and the poll will be put up on the 24th of each month. This gives just a little under a week to vote.

How does it work? Is it the same as COTM or what?

Unofficial Non-Rom OTM works very similar to COTM !! You will choose two cats who have a relationship and nominate them. As the title states, it cannot be cats in a romantic relationship. That means these can include but are not limited to:

-Mentor & Apprentice
-BFFs
-Mother & Daughter
-Rivals

And so much more!!

Use the form at the bottom of this post to nominate characters.

Please keep in mind...

-If your relationship you nominated is a ROMANTIC one, it will not count to the poll. I will be checking!!

-Please only nominate 2 pairs

-Only use 1 form per pair, please!! This makes it easier on my end to put them in the poll.

-Try to avoid nominating pairs that are already nominated

-Do not, I repeat, DO NOT nominate pairs that include your character!! It will be discarded!!

-To avoid having the same cats pop up, only nominate pairs after SIX MONTHS of them winning.

-Characters should have been roleplayed within the last two weeks of being nominated to avoid inactive characters being featured!! By missing I mean that 1 or more characters in your nomination are marked as Missing in the Allegiances.

-Please include an actual reason on why you want the relationship to be nominated!!! a short, one-line response like `They're super cool and they def deserve Non-Rom OTM` Will not count!! Please provide a reason or else they will be removed from the final poll.

-When nominating a relationship, please include characters who do not share the same roleplayers. What that means is if X and Y are rped by z, they cannot be nominated due to them sharing the same owner

-Relationships can have 2-4 characters. Do keep in mind that they still must not be romantic. So stuff like `Mom, Child 1, Child 2, and Child 3` would count!!

-You will not get an award for winning, but you Will get an art piece from me!! Please be patient with the art though, It will be delivered with a maximum wait time of 2 months after your character has won. The art of the wining group will be free.

-You can vote for as many pairs as you want, but only 1 pair will win each month.

Why Should They Be Nominated?I really enjoy these twos interactions they both match each other’s energy and make a great duo.Whenever Vinepaw is by himself you can be sure that these cats will always be their for him Not to mention the writing styles for each character has me hooked!

Why Should They Be Nominated?: I have only been here for a short time so I’ve missed their previous interactions but the relation that the siblings have now is brilliantly written and fun to read. The conflict between the two especially with how being in new roles change how each cat has to interact with each other is very fascinating to read. I know it’ll probably be a bit but I hope to see Fading and Dusk make up with each other fully and not have that underlying tension when they speak with each other. I hope that Dusklion will be there for Fading as he starts to figure out his still relatively new role and that Fading does the same for Dusk.

Why Should They Be Nominated?: Mistyshard and Berrypaw are both incredibly written and dynamic characters on their own. Each word used to fill a story of their thoughts that’s crafted brilliantly and expresses their respective thoughts amazingly! Which is why the pair are such a power duo when put together! I really love reading Mistyshard and Berrypaw interactions and I love seeing how positively they both think of each other and I think the pair will be great to build up each other up. I am very excited to see Berrypaw and Mistyshard and where WCO takes them! (Hopefully only good places, staring at you, starry and squidz)

Why Should They Be Nominated?: Birdsnow and Rainpaw and both the cutest! I love seeing them interact with one another, they obviously love one another very very much. I'm curious to see how the pair feel about Rainpaw's temporary exile.

Why Should They Be Nominated?: AHH THIS PAIR IS SO CUTE! They're just friends for now, but I think their relationship will become something more soon, and I will track it like my life depends on it. My heart melted at Springs most recent post in "The Forest Roars" because I saw her falling a bit! In short, this pair is so amazing.
