[Closed] age question

So i had my cat Shellpaw made an apprentice when I thought he was 6 moons, but I misjudged it and he was only 4. fadingstar wouldn't have made him an app at 4, so what do I do?

it was roleplayed out! here is the post where he was made an app, and here is the post where he was born ^^

he ages up the 14th of each month

thing is, fadingstar was the one who made him an apprentice, and since occultation left the site I cant ask them

could you age them up by two or have anything occur that meant that younger kits could become apprentices?

Since Fadingstar was pretty strict about the 6 moon minimum for apprentices, your cat should be at least 6 moons old, currently. While this unfortunately doesn't correlate with how many months have passed since Shellpaw was apprenticed/born, the good news is WCO's aging "system" is really flexible! Most people stick to 1 month = 1 moon, but you can technically age your cats as quickly as 2 moons per month or as slowly as 1 moon every 2 months.*
*Please note that these are general parameters, not official set-in-stone rules, and should not be taken as such.

If you'd like, you could have Shellpaw be 6 moons from September to October, age him up to 7 in November and December, and be back on track by January at 8 moons! Or, you could set him to 6 in September, have him age up to 7 this month, and keep going with 1 moon = 1 month. It's up to you!

ok! one of my other characters is on a "he's not one moon ooc, but ic he is, but wont age up till he's 2 moons ooc", can i do that? so i roleplay shellpaw as 6 moons and pause aging until he reaches 6 moons ooc, and then unpause the aging? sorry if the wording is a bit confusing
