Personality: Slypaw is a well-meaning but manipulative apprentice who struggles to connect with his Clanmates. He has a bad habit of lying, even when it's unnecessary, which only deepens others' mistrust of him. Though he's great at finding and exposing bullies, his exaggerated emotions and fake displays often make him seem insincere. Skilled in stealth but lacking proficiency in other areas, Slypaw is frustrated by his inability to fit in. Despite always smiling and playing up his emotions, he genuinely wants to be liked and respected, even if his methods tend to alienate him from others.

Appearance: Black, Brown, and Dark ginger ("red") tortie with blue and yellow heterochromia

Backstory:

 

Slypaw’s strained relationship with his father deeply affects him. His father is abusive, both emotionally and physically, constantly belittling Slypaw and instilling fear in him. Slypaw harbors a dark suspicion that his father, not the fox as the Clan believes, is responsible for his mother’s death. This belief has only fueled his distrust and desire to manipulate others, as he feels powerless in his own life. In his early moons as an apprentice, Slypaw would engage in minor self-harm as a way to cope with the overwhelming stress and helplessness, though he has since stopped. The scars from his past, both physical and emotional, continue to shape his actions and his struggle to be accepted.

Character Name: Hiddenpaw
Personality: Hiddenpaw is a very timid and quiet cat, and no matter how much she wants to be a great warrior, she cannot bear the feeling of laying her claws on another cat. She has a soft spot for kits, and prefers to spend time with the little furballs than with apprentices her age. She tends to be very anxious and nervous all the time, and it is easy to get her to freak out. She's extremely emotional, and despite not wanting to look weak infront of her Clanmates, she always ends up doing so, unfortunately.

Plot Ideas (Optional): Slypaw and Hiddenpaw can definitely bond over their shared trauma (In this case, her mother was abusive), and support each other when they're needed. I think that would make for a really nice plot!
