With a cannibal on the loose, and the various other problems that Doeflame didn't care to remember, everyone in ShadowClan was on edge. They all needed to relax, to forget about everything for an afternoon. And you couldn't worry while you were biting into a delicious piece of prey, could you? So she had an idea.
Climbing onto the Grimpeak (was she even allowed up there? Oh well, she'd find out soon if Dawnstar decided to flay her for it), Doeflame dug her claws into the wood as she surveyed the clearing below. Was this what it felt like to be leader? Seemed pretty good- besides the actual leading part, of course. She didn't give a mouse tail about that and all the responsibility that came with it.
"ShadowClan!" Doeflame shouted, her voice carrying across camp. Yep, this was definitely cool. She could see why Dawnstar and all the other leaders liked it. "We're having a picnic! Grab your pick of the fresh-kill pile and join me by the camp entrance. You can hunt too if you'd like once we're there." She started making her way down before adding, "oh, and no kits allowed, sorry." Okay, that was everything, she was pretty sure. Scrambling down the Grimpeak, she grabbed two mice from the fresh-kill pile before heading towards the entrance to camp to wait for her clanmates to arrive.
My next post will be in two or three days! Everyone except kits is welcome. This is my first time hosting an event, so please let me know if I've done anything wrong. This is also for the 'have a picnic' bingo event!

The shout of freshkill perked Owlthroat’s ears. He caught sight of Tuftedtusk making his way to the Grimpeak and followed shortly after. It was about time he met some family.
”Sister huh?” Owlthroat gently rumbled, pressing into Tuftedtusk’s side. He glanced upwards, Doeflame, he’d seen her briefly around camp but didn’t know the two were related.
rookfire had been lingering in the clearing, surveillance or whatever, honestly he was just passing the time, not too much to do now that there wasnt the weird camp exit rule in place to enforce anymore. additonally, what was one to do with all the sunlight a good greenleaf day offered. sunbathing perhaps. what he was doing could probably classify as sunbathing.. some cats had taken to chasing across the forest and organising events, rook was too picky to attend a vast majority of those, losing interest in most of the activites quickly and only halfway keeping an eye on them to ensure everything was in order. now, it wasn't really a new thing for cats to get stupid ideas, but as he watched a cat scale the grimpeak he briefly thought the heat had finally claimed his sanity. instead, it appeared to be very much the truth.
"aye!" the dark tom barked, halfway across the clearing within a few moments, "no warriors on the grimpeak" the enforcer arrived close to the miniscule group of cats that had gathered near doeflame. striped tail jerking in a motion close to lashing as he came to a halt, rookfire eyed the one who had broken unspoken rules. stars, it felt impossible to even imagine scaling the grimpeak himself but perhaps that was still the fear of a position easily lost and the threats of death he had received so very recently. perhaps the warrior was lucky it had only been him, not hawkbite or mistlewhisker or dawnstar, though he didnt really think about it that much.

Tufted let a purr rumble in his throat as he felt the familiar touch and heard the familiar voice of his mate. He touched his forehead to Owl's and nodded.
"Yes. Doeflame is my sister. So is Bloomingblaze. Not from the same litter, but we have the same mother."
He saw Rookfire demanding his sister get off the Grimpeak and he decided to let the other enforcer handle it. He probably should've said something beforehand, but he hadn't been thinking about it.

Doeflame was on the Grimpeak? Shrewstep didn’t think that was strictly allowed, but Rookfire beat him to telling the warrior off. That aside the idea of a picnic sounded nice, albeit a small gathering at the moment. Mostly enforcers, or at least half, not that he minded terribly. Any opportunity to get a little munching in and perhaps do a little flirting was one he would be more than happy to take. (Open)

Who the hell thought it'll be a good idea to let this weird cat on the grimpeak again? Exactly. No one would. She figured that would be common sense at this point. And between the three cats that came first, no one said anything about it. Not even Tuftedtusk did anything. Until Rookfire came and told the cat no. The she-cat inched towards the group; sitting slightly further than everyone else. No she didn't like joining events like this, but she rather do something that isn't mindless walking
