Wormkit yawned and stretched as he silently padded out of his mother's den. It was so close to becoming an apprentice, it couldn't wait for the freedom it'd suddenly have. The black and white tom took a deep breath, taking in the scents of the Shadowclan camp. It enjoyed the camp, but when you were constantly confined to it, it felt more like a prison. He glanced around the dark camp, checking to see if anyone was guarding and if he was visible. He quickly darted to a darker corner, hoping no one had seen him.

Just then Wildkit walked past Wormkit flicking her tail and looking at her friend. " What are doing? I hope we will be apprentices together!" She mewed as she turned around to look at the tom.

Wormkit turned his attention to her, his eyes shooting open wide "what are you doing?" he hissed in a hushed tone "be quiet- we're going to get caught" he whispered, glancing around "I'm sneaking out" it said quietly, it's gaze once more resting on Wildkit.

Wormkit quirked a brow "mhm" he said, doubtful of her sneaking abilities. As long as she didn't get him in trouble he didn't care. The white flecked tom's gaze darted around once more before he darted towards a hole in the wall of camp. Once it felt safely away from the camp it relaxed a bit, taking in a deep breath, the scents of Shadowclan filling the small tom's nose. He turned back, seeing if it's friend had followed.
