"That!" Larkpaw announced with a wide grin, pointing with an outstretched paw towards a cluster of white daisies in the distance. She cleared her throat after a moment, trotting over to the little flowers with a small chuckle. "Sorry 'bout that outburst. We're looking for daisies and burdock root."

He purred happily as Larkpaw found some daisies! Smiling at the young apprentice he padded over to her. "Great job Larkpaw." He told her before turning away to look for some more herbs.

His ears bent back a bit in surprise. "Probably asleep or doing something else. I'm not sure. I just kind of saw yo leave camp and wanted to come with. Is that alright?", he asked. Ratpaw's voice was nervous and quite quiet. Hopefully he wouldn't be rejected. He just wanted to get to know his clanmates. He never really had the chance to.

The red giant thought deeply. If Ratpaw gets hurt, it would be within Redheart’s responsibility. It could be avoided by just sending the apprentice back to camp, but the way that the apprentice was talking quietly and how their ears bent made it too hard for the warrior to do such a thing. His hardened stare at the apprentice softened.

“Alright, but please make sure to stay out of trouble,” Redheart agreed, turning away from Ratpaw. He muttered, “I guess I could teach you a thing or two about inner peace and meditating.” Shaking his head, he padded away. “Let’s go, we might as well hunt for some prey whilst we’re here.”

Smiling vaguely at Kinkcloud at his praise, Larkpaw gently bent down to nip at the stems, lifting her head with a bundle of daisy's equipped in her jaws. Setting them down for a moment to avoid mumbling nonsense to her companions, Larkpaw shifted a little ways to the side, sniffing the ground and eyeing a certain root with amber hues. "Pick those daisies up, will you? I think I've found the one called burdock." She told them, and then cut off the roots from the spiky purple spheres. Rising to her paws again, Larkpaw blinked. "Maybe collect a few daisies, and then we'd best be on our way back." After announcing this certain fact, Lark picked up the herb, burdock, at her paws, and then turned around to set off.

Vixensnarl was padding back towards the camp after her patrol with Frigidpaw when she heard the yapping of a dog in the territory. Her ears flattened, and she whipped her head in the direction the noise was coming from. The tabby sunk low to the ground slowly crept towards where the noise was coming from, and arrived just in time to see Badgerscar being grabbed by a twoleg despite his best efforts to escape. With a growl she turned and hurried back towards the camp knowing that she couldn't do anything to help her fellow Enforcer.

"Depends." Came the impassive reply, and the queen rolled her shoulders in a careless shrug. "I suppose that if I'm forced to take care of you.... and if you're under my care then until your an apprentice, no. You won't be hurt, because everyone knows that I'll skin them alive and hang them by their ears if they harm a kid that I'm responsible for. But if you aren't mine to care for, then you're on your own, kid, so I can't give you a straight answer." Maybe she was being a little harsh, but the kids needed to learn somehow.
