Smokekit hissed at the kit, shoving him off her. What was up with cats crashing into her?! "Watch where your going, clumsy fish-face!" She stormed away, pissed. Why was everyone annoying her? She just wanted to enjoy her day, for Starclans sake!

Owlpaw quickly dipped her head to Lionstar before turning around to greet her new mentor. The apprentice quietly stood there, looking between the two warriors. “H-hello.” She managed to force out. She really didn’t want to switch mentors, but she didn’t have a choice.

"Reassignment or returning to the clan?" The question wasn't meant mean, but probably came out that way. She was fairly certain Lionstar had mentioned she was returning to the clan, but she could very well be wrong.
Suddenly she felt self conscious about the question, mind trying to remember what was said. Well flip flops.

"The first thing.. I want from you is your loyalty, Blazeclaw. I know you may have some kin back in ShadowClan but you should not let that blind you: your Clan should always come first." Lionstar glanced in the direction of the medicine cats' den. "On a similar note, I don't mind if you want to spend time with Echobreeze.. and the kits when they arrive, but make sure you pull your weight around the Clan. I don't know what ShadowClan does but I expect you to participate in patrols, hunt-- be resourceful to the Clan, and we won't have a problem."

After a moment, he continued. "I can assign a cat to you to show you the territory, how to swim, and how to fish. Fishing isn't a necessity to survive here but it'll be useful especially toward Leaf-bare."
