"Yes I suppose that is correct. But it is not just about other clans. its about YOU personally. You wouldnt want to be remembered as someone ruthless and evil, killing for no reason. More than the battle training, if there is any lesson you should remember from today, it is that you only fight when necessary. Violence only begets violence, so always yearn for peaceful resolutions to problems." She says with a nod. its a lot more serious for her than she usually is but this is an important lesson to teach to apprentices that may have false ideas that being a warrior is all about bathing oneself in blood to impress others. The most honorable and humble warrior is the one that need lift his claw the least.

Time seems to really stretch into infinity as Plomstorm stares at Wormbite, and Wormbite stares at Plumstorm. The silver cat was confused, genuinely lost- Trying to make sense of something absurd in every way imaginable, and honestly she was failing to. And he, struggling through the horrific realization that she had indeed witnessed something that could have forever been a deep, dark secret, taking what would eventually become much too long a time to explain it away as a misunderstanding.

This wasn't something anyone, ever, was supposed to have witnessed. A true sin to have seen, a spectacle of certain sacrilege- No, now Plumstorm's roleplayer was reaching too hard for those "s"-sounding words because it sounded nice. You get the gist.

Wormbite finally manages to stammer something out aloud, and the molly latches onto his words, highly invested in whatever he had to say as long as it excused the thing she'd just seen. Self improvement, though? A secret? He was speaking in tongues, which was maybe less helpful than just admitting to what he'd done or saying nothing at all whatsoever. Plumstorm stares at him with a straight face, unsure of which expression to portray to the tom.

"U-uh... sit? Okay." She hesitantly accepts the invitation, stepping closer to take a seat.

For a while, she doesn't know what to do, or say. She was sitting so close to it, the spot that Wormbite definitely did indeed lick. The thought of it sends a shiver of discomfort down the cat's spine, and she shakes her head as if to thoroughly dismiss that horrid idea. As if to distract herself, and maybe him, too, she turns to the tom and tips her head inquisitively.

"So... I know you said it's a secret test... But... Self-improvement? Do you... have some sort of fear of sand, or something? It can't taste all that great." So much for distraction, huh. Nope- Plumstorm really did sit there and think about a distraction before beelining right for the exact opposite, huh. At least she didn't look quite so put-off. Now, the cat was only truly downright curious.

Wavepaw silently padded along with their patrol, the gray and white apprentice looked down curiously, they had never actually been here. Maybe being an apprentice wasn’t going to be as boring as they assumed. Wavepaw felt an awkward feeling growing as the three continued in silence. They furrowed their brows before clearing their throat and speaking ”Ive never been to Lionsbeach before, it looks kind of cool” they laughed nervously, they weren’t sure why they felt the need to fill the silence that had fallen between the three. Wavepaw scolded themself in their head wow Wavepaw, you sound so stupid.

They hadn’t expected to hear their apprentice speak up, Dawnwhisper casting a gaze back towards them as their eyes lightly sparked up with light. Dawnwhisper liked hearing the little comment and even nodded in agreement with their apprentice as Dawnwhisper continued their rather graceful trek along the beach. ”You know,” they had begun, a soft smile still lingering on their muzzle “I met a really close friend here, I think Lionsbeach is rather cool, so I’m glad you get to see this place,” with a soft sigh, they continued forward and closed their mouth. They really needed to talk with Wavepaw more.

Junipersong just stands there and takes it as you leap straight at her. It doesnt even knock her make or make her flinch. Though, she was quite a lot bigger than the little apprentice, what with her being a maine coon and contender for biggest cat across all the clans.

"Yes, good place to start. Fighting requires a combination of strategy and instinct. Lets see how both contribute to a fight." She said, sitting down. Turning over one of her front paws to show the soft underside. "On one paw, there is strategy. Trying to get into your opponent's head and guess what they are planning, coming up with a strategy for attack that will catch them by surprise and leave them vulnerable. As an example, go ahead and attack me again. Claws out. Don't worry, you wont hurt me."

There was a slightly different tone to her voice. It wasn't as cheerful and playful as usual. It was serious. She meant business. Protecting oneself and your loved ones was no game. Resorting to violence is an extreme measure and a last resort, and she doesn't take it lightly.

Featherpaw nods and looks at her purring and then stops watching juniper and circles thinking of where to attack next claws out. She was gonna try to not hurt juniper

Riverstripe padded along. She stepped onto the sandy shore and ssniffed the air. The salty scents of the Sundrown place filled her nose. "Does anyone smell any prey?" she asked. It was quite sunny that day and rather cold but the sun atleast warmed the sand up a little bit. "Lionsbeach is my favorote place in the territory" she said. "Its an especaly good place for hunting to." she agreed with Wavepaw it as kind cool.

She didnt look like she was prepared to counterattack but she was keenly focused on just that. Ready to strike back the moment the apprentice's claws dug into the big molly's skin.

Featherpaw did as she was asked after nodding and leaped at junipersong with claws out looking like she was going to land on her but last second she dived and swipped at the Molly's belly.
