"I am?" Frostkit looked blankly at Nightkit. "Hey," he protested when Nightkit swatted him. "That hurt! And I don't want to be leader of RiverClan and their stinky fish." With that, he jumped on top of Nightkit. @Exis @~Mud

Venomkit puffed up his chest, “Is love is to be Shadowclan! I challenge you Nightkit to a duel for ownership of the forest!” he cried proudly. He sprang twords where he thought Nightkit was but, he couldn’t be sure yet.

Nightkit did feel bad when Frostkit told him that his cuff had hurt. He didn’t mean to hurt him, he just had wanted him to understand that some kits didn’t think or act like him. He had thought that Frostkit didn’t know that what he did might have been scary. But, he laughed when Frostkit pounced on him. Nightkit struggles to push Frostkit off as he was laughing. Laughing always made him weaker. That was just a fact. “Fine, fine. You can be leader of Windclan! You can chase rabbits all day long but still always look like skin and bones!” He rolled onto his stomach and kicked Frostkit off him. Not very hard though. He didn’t want his friend to get hurt. “But, if you don’t want to be leader of Windclan either, we can switch. I look more like a Windclan cat anyways!” When he said this he was smiling but as he looked down at his large, skinny body he sighed and sat down. He did look like a scrawny Windclan cat. He wasn’t strong like Shadowclan was, and he wasn’t tricky like them either. He looked down at his paws and was silent, his mood changing from happy and joyful to sad and gloomy. He heard Venomkits battle cry and saw him jump towards some shadows. He sighed and shook his pelt. “ No it’s fine...I’m Windclans leader now...”

Frostkit huffed as he rolled off Nightkit. He wasn't really hurt, but he definitely didn't want to be RiverClan's leader. He burst out laughing as Venomkit sprang in the opposite direction, but quickly surpressed it. "You can be ShadowClan leader," he promised Venomkit. "I'll be ThunderClan, I guess." At least they didn't swim. Spinning around, he vaulted into the remains of a nest. "I claim this for ThunderClan!" @Exis @~Mud

Venomkit walked until he felt his nest back under him and stomped. “You’ll ever take my land. Unless you happen to sneak up on me, keybuzz in that case I think you’d win.” He mewed with a smile. His eyes began to water at the thought that he had his own friends.

Leopardkit overheard the playing. She dropped into a crouch and jumped on Venomkit, pinning him. "Ha! Got you!" She mewed in a friendly voice.

Nightkit looked at both of the kits, each picking a nest. He was glad that Frostkit had stopped laughing. Maybe he realized that sometimes actions could hurt others. He took a deep breath, attempting a smile that didn’t look very convincing. He stood up, gave his pelt a shake which caused several pieces of moss to fall off his pelt and onto the ground. He walked with his head down to an unused nest and sat down, not bothering to say anything. He normally would have loved a game like this where he got to talk to the other kits and make battle cries and do mock fights, but right now he just didn’t feel up to it. He looked down at his paws, hoping that the others could have fun without him. He looked at his large frame and closed his eyes. How could he expect to play with the other kits when he looked nothing like them? He was bigger than them, older than them, and just plain different. He sighed and lay down, knowing that there was no way anyone would want to take Windclans land. The wind always blew and there was no shelter from rain. He closed his eyes and curled his tail over his nose, letting the sounds of Frostkit and Venomkit fill his ears.

Smokekit opened his eyes and yawned starting to stretch, he then looked over at his sister and nudged her shoulder whispering. "shiverkit...shiverkit wake up"

Shiverkit woke up. "Smokekit?" she said sleepily. "Is that you? Everything okay?" He seemed fine, but Shiverkit could be a little protective.

Smokekit nodded and sat back "yes sorry i dont mean to worry you." he gave her a few licks on the cheek.
