The hornet padded around willows rise the hornet opened his maw catching a wiff of a squirrel - gross- the Tom thought before scaling the tree slowly scaling up it, once rising got above the squills branch he carefully jumped down catching it under his paws squishing it sightly. Rising grabbed the squirll again dropping down from the tree burring it.
the tom walked around more before noticing a vole in a bush rising crouched as he stalked forward before pouncing on the vole killing it instantly the hornet looked around for more prey catching one robin.

Echopaw nodded, and jumped down from the tree, landing on her paws without injury. Echopaw tried the hunting crouch, hopefully it wasn't too rusty, since the last thing she caught was over a week ago, and that was a small rabbit. Echopaw got into the crouch, but quickly realised that she messed the crouch up. Adjusting herself, Echopaw was now ready to try catch something. Echopaw sniffed the air for a scent, only to find nothing. She travelled further northwards to see if anything would be there. Nope. With a sigh, Echopaw walked towards a tree on her left, peering past the tree to observe the surrounding area, and to her elation, Echopaw caught wind of a faint scent. After some sleuthing, Echopaw found a squirrel nibbling on a seed. Stealthily, Echopaw crept after the squirrel, and leapt forward to catch it. The squirrel struggled a bit, but Echopaw quickly ended its suffering. Pleased with herself, she retraced her steps and walked back to Risingstorm.

Risingstorm padded up behind echopaws "Not bad but your stance wasnt that great, usually when you ponce on prey you got to try to kill it in one move. he meowed leading echopaw out away from the tree the hornet spotted a vole " perfect... he whispers signaling echopaw to crouch too " make sure you stay low to the ground and prepare your legs to pounce " the hornet said shifting his body side to side before flinging himself in the air landing on the vole and bitting its neck quickly before dropping it " Now when it comes to killing it you want to go for the neck snapping it so it wont suffer" he instructed sitting down " now you try again .

The shecat nodded, scampering off to hunt. Stumbling upon a burrow, she quickly took advantage, quickly striking into it with her paw. A big fat rat! Perfection.
Following her nose would also bring her up a tree, where 2 squirrels were doing an acorn stock check in the hole of a tree. She, of course, wasted no time hopping into the hole herself and snapping the creatures up in her jaws.

Risingstorm watched echopaws hunt it was better so once she returned with the y cam back with the squirrel he gave an approving nod " Yes good job he meowed off course echopaws would need more practice just like any cat.
the tom flicked his tail at echopaws to follow into a more clear area " Okay now onto battle training he meowed " Ill show you some moves first then we can try a spar. the hornet said " No claws too he added.
risingstorm hobbled back " first I'll show you how to do a basic paw attack the Tom lifted up his brown paw "[b] So when swiping your paw you want to bring you paw down hard often in a real battle we use claws, but its not a real battle today." the hornet showed it himself lifting his paw and swiping it down against a random sapling .

Echopaw buried her prey before listening up for battle training. "Alright." She used the basic move which Risingstorm showed her on a pebble. She did it a bit too rough and chipped the pebble, but that was okay. If a strike like that could be enough to chip a pebble, maybe she'd be a good fighter.

The calico silently walked towards their destination. Tail twitching. Within a shorter amount of time they arrived, odd, was the makeshift camp closer to Willow's Rise than Main Camp? Good information to know.
Without word he began to look for Catmint, a good bushel standing tall. Probably growing around a grave. A shame, but the dead should make way for the living. There were sick idiots to keep healthy. After a moment he'd plucked a good clump. A bush of 5 or so. Hmm.
"Find anything?" he called out to the pair.

The tom followed the other cat, eyes scanning the ground and bushes for herbs. He lifted his head when Spiderthroat called out and asked if they had found anything. "Not yet!" Twilightforest called back, turning back to find something.
After some more searching he found something that looked like catmint. They bent down and plucked the catmint in his jaw.
Willowfrost glanced at the plant Spiderthroat seemed to be plucking and began sniffing around for more herself. Ah, seems like Twilightforest had found some as well. She better make herself useful too.

Eventually she came to a small clump of what appeared to be the herbs the pair were holding and gently nipped off four stems, doing her best not to chew as the sweet taste began seeping into her mouth. At then deputy's call, she swung around to face him, jerking her head to show her haul.
