Splashleap was on her way to the pond, for a swim. Because......it was hot. And....she was bored. And she was enjoying the warriors-can-leave-camp thing, probably a bit too much. But then, she heard some little kit squeaks, and bounded over. Advancing, she discovered it was a RIVERCLAN kit. Why were they ALWAYS out of camp? Why? And it seemed to be.......a bit strange. Lowering her head, she asked What are you doing? Are you alright? Probably should have started with the second one. Oops. Taking a deep breath and mustering some maturity, she decided to try and figure out what was wrong, before nabbing the kit back to camp. @Ikoria the Wolf Pup

Alderkit looked up at Splashleap, purring with largely dilated pupils. “Hi,” she said happily and slurred. She rolled onto her back, and licked some of the strange plant off of her lips. Some of it remained, but before Splashleap could say anything else, Alderkit fell asleep.

Of course. Splashleap muttered, reaching down to scoop up Alderkit by the scruff. The kit clutched in her mouth, she bounded back towards camp. The kit jouncing against her body, she ran increasingly quickly, although she wasn't the best runner. What if the kit was seriously sick? She didn't want a kit to get hurt on her watch! @Ikoria the Wolf Pup

Alderkit was sleeping so soundly that she didn’t feel a thing as Splashleap ran with her in her jaws. She just purred and purred and purred. She was eating the plant messily, and remnants of it were all over her muzzle and neck, creating a very enticing smell.

Starclan, he had no idea how to wrap this up without making a mess. It was Storm's understanding that stargazing wasn't encouraged [especially not for apprentices, unless accompanied,] likely because it involved being away from the safety of camp under cover of night, when misfortune was most likely strike. Stormtalon was surprised to find Soot unfazed. The thought occurred to Storm that he should tread carefully, lest he unwittingly model behavior that might endanger her, should Sootpaw choose to copy it for some reason.

Stormtalon tried for a gentler tone. "Not tonight, young one. You have a responsibility to escort this elder back to camp safely. I suggest you do so now, while you still have some light." Thank stars his voice sounded cool and authoritative. "Can I depend on you for that?"

Rainsplash continued onward.

After quite a bit of walking, Rainsplash let out a yawn, but suddenly, he felt his paw plunge down into the soil, which when he tried pulling up, didn't budge.

"Um... Um.. Umm.."

He meowed increasingly worriedly as he pulled each time, to no avail.

Duckbounce led her apprentice to the RiverClan Territory. As they arrived at a more shady and reserved spot, the she-cat sat down. "Today we're going to learn or touch up on some hunting!" The molly was excited for hunting because now she was better at hunting than battling, verses before where she was terrible at the skill of hunt.

Lizardpaw looked around. She didn't enjoy hunting as much as combat but she still liked it. Her head lifted as she tried listening to the forest. There were many sounds but Lizardpaw was used to it.

"What's wrong, Rainsplash?" asked Fallenpaw, then she saw his paw. "Don't worry, I'll help." she said calmly. She began to dig around the stuck paw and found it stuck in hard soil at the bottom. "Can you wiggle the paw to loosen the soil? Remember to stop if it hurts." she said, her heart was beating fast, she had never been underground before. RiverClan cat's belong in the water! NOT underground she thought, scared.

"Okay, let's get right into it. So, you know what the hunters crouch is, correct?" Duckbounce knew that the apprentice most likely already knew what it was but it didn't hurt to ask.
