Hunting, huh? Great.

As he made his way out of the apprentice’s den ever so cautiously, Doeturft’s voice made him jump. He swung his head around to see her. Stars damn it, she was on his blind side.! He hated having a blind side in the first place. "I’m coming, I’m coming... okay... where?" As much as he wanted to lean against Doetuft, he didn’t. He wanted some sort of comfort, but... no. That was stupid. That was dumb. It was just hunting. Just... just hunting.

She scented, "A mouse, there." she pointed east. She scented again, "And the vole you scented. Which one should we go after?"

"ill go after the vole if you want to get the mouse" frogpaw said already stalking the vole once frogpaw got close he leaped for it and killed it with one swift bite

She nodded and went after the mouse, it didn't even get a chance to scent she was so quick. She brought it back to their starting point and covered it in the earth and fallen leaves.

She bounded down the trodden path made by many moons of cat paws walking. She stopped to scent and smelled a nice bird, she pounced and killed it before it saw her and returned to the path.

She nodded as she hid the bird, "Yeah, I saw one not too far from here, and it's off the pathways, so no warrior can bother us!" she said happily, "Follow me," she shot off the path towards the old den and scented it, "The scent of any fox is nowhere near, we're good!" she said happily. She trotted down the slight slope into the den and was glad to see light got in from cracks in the ceiling. "Come on! It's nice down here!"

“Okay Hazepaw,” His growl barely concealed, “Do you know how to hunt or do I have to teach you?”
He wasn’t going to be easy on this cat, he wasn’t easy on anyone, he wasn’t making exceptions for her.
