Leopardpaw stood, her whiskers twitching happily at his gesture. She padded ahead squeezing out of the apprentice den and into the clearing. Glancing around for the fresh-kill pile. (The Clearing?)

Leopardpaw squeezed through the entrance into the den padding over to Aloepaw's side.

AloePaw nuzzled LeopardPaw and purred. He pulled LeopardPaw down, and playfully swatted her face.

Leopardpaw let herself fall as Aloepaw pulled her down. She softly batted at his muzzle a purr rumbling in her belly. She leaned forward nudging his cheek with her muzzle before swatting at his ears. "Hey," she purred, warmth shining in her green eyes.

Leopardpaw sat up on her haunches touching her nose to his muzzle. "Oh, it's nothing. I just rolled onto a prickly burr," she purred, inspecting the fur along her spine.
