Ahh... okay, that explains it... "Well, i don't think you were completely in the wrong... Dirtfur was our dad and i don't think you should have gotten punished for defending him. I was shy and quiet, you know i was. I didn't think my words would be important..."

The light that returned to Ripplepaw's eyes just made Petuniapaw's day. Who knew she could make cats happy again. It was an amazing thought.. to be able to cheer cats up more. Maybe that was another way she could help out her Clanmates! "You're welcome Ripplepaw." Petuniapaw meowed smiling at her friend. It was nice to just curl up together. The last cat to do that aside from Sugarapple was Goosefury, when they were both apprentices and he was trying to comfort her. Maybe it was just what you did when you were lonely or needed to cheer cats up? Petuniapaw wasn't sure but she enjoyed the quiet snuggles she was getting and the fact that Ripplepaw had brightened up and wasn't crying anymore. It was just a super nice feeling.

Ripplepaw remained curled against Petuniapaw's side, feeling herself starting to drift off to sleep. She was exhausted and tired and crying really took a lot out of her. But she was safe. And Tinypaw? Tinypaw was safe out there. Somewhere. Yeah. Letting out a sigh, Ripplepaw felt her muscles loosen up as she drifted off into a deep and undisturbed sleep, in the comforting presence of Petuniapaw.

Bumblebelly was feeling... energetic! He wanted to be fun, happy, do just... something good! He knew his kittens were soon going to be apprentices, his nest soon empty... Maybe some flowers would replace his little bundles of sunshine that were about to leave a gaping hole in his heart and his nest. "Daypaw!" He called out, hoping the apprentice was around. He hadn't had too many interactions yet... It was about time he got more involved with them all. "Daypaw I need your help!" Bumblebelly chirped.

dayheart skipped his way over to bumble. he was the only day- in the clan, right?? there better not be a copycat or he would smack their brain out!! HE was the original! "hiiii bumbleee!!!!!!! guess what, guess what, guess what! i'm dayheart noww!! i'm a big boyyy, i can hunt and everything!! aren't i cool?? you're cool!!" he should probably explain why he was in the apprentices' den, but eee, bumblebelly didn't have to know. dayheart putting a pretty little flower next to some of the apprentices' nests so they smelled nice when they woke up was day's little secret. he couldn't have stinkers smellying up the clan, hmph! "i wanna help!! pick me, pick me!!! wait.. oop.. you already picked me. yay, i'm the favorite! aaa, whatdya need me for?"

The pure energy from the apprentice almost knocked Bumblebelly off just feet. He felt all bashful but a youthful enegry engulfed him. "Well then what are you waiting for!" He roared out a loud, encouraging purr. "I'll race you down to the river bank.... one, two, three... GO!" Bumblebelly didn't wait, zooming out of the apprentices den.

Sunpaw lifted his head, "Really? I...actions speak louder than words and well, I was blinded by my loyalty." The fiery tom was surprised that his brother explained his side, it made the tom feel bad for the way he treated him. But now that was in the past and they're still here now. They still are blood brothers and he'll continue to protect Sparrowpaw.

Sparrowpaw didn’t think that would be Sunpaws response, he thought he would brush over it. “Does.. does this mean we can be friends again?”

Meeting his kin's gaze the fiery tom gave a smirk, "Friends? Nah, bro, we're brothers." Getting up the tom still towered over his brother. Moving closer Sunpaw decided to act like the older brother he was and messed with Sparrowpaw's head; messing up his fur.
