The rusty smell of the air made her sneeze a bit, she wanted to run through the grass and her mind wonders...

She ran through the grass, the wind blowing in her fur, the smell of grass made her grin a bit, she was Quickstar of Thunderclan. She was the best of them all

"Neither do I.. I guess?" Sparrowskip had no idea what this apprentice was talking about, apprentices had the most time out of anyone buut he decided to leave it. He sighed and just started making his way to the firefly cove.
As he got over he spotted what looked to be a duck and got himself ready. He hadn't hunted in a while, mostly just doing border patrols and kicking out any unwanted cats from RiverClan territory. He got into position and pounced! Catching the weirdly small duck in his mouth. He bit its throat but not before it let off a pretty loud quack. He thought nothing of it. But weirdly he heard some sort of bird flapping its very large sounding wings near him. He shrugged it off though.

Whitepaw flicked her tail back and forth, hm, seemed like a baby. . .wait, that didn't seem like a duck, ohoho, it was possibly a goose. Wait, a goose, and why did she heard flapping. ' 'WAIT I THINK THAT'S A BABY FLEE BEFORE YOU DIE TO THE MONSTER CREATURE!' ' As a reminder, Whitepaw is now. . .13 or 14 moons, and she just called a bird that. Hm, guess we've found her biggest fear!

Yarrowshade walked through the clan's burial ground. She didn't care if it was acceptable or not to hunt here, she wanted to and there was no one to tell her off. She was going to hunt wherever. Take that, rules! Ugh, she was beginning to sound like Cornpaw.

Yarrowshade stalked after a shrew, wiggling cutely, and then pounced on it. Take that, illegal shrew! The warrior picked up her prey and looked around the graveyard triumphantly.

The gentle sound of snow crunching under paw floated through the still forest as the warrior traveled through the territory. They didn't really have a plan nor destinationin mind, instead choosing to just go where the wind led them. For now, though, they were content with just wandering for a bit. It was nice, getting away from the chaos of the camp, even if they would soon have to return. Peace wasn't a word that usually went with ThunderClan, after all.

The air was crisp and cold, but that wasn't really surprising considering the fact that they were in the middle of leafbare. They had lived through multiple leafbares, and hopefully they would live to see many more. Their time with the clan wasn't quite coming to a close just yet. The huge black tabby took a deep breath in, then slowly exhaled, watching their breath fog up in front of them.

As they neared the Starlit Meadow, a new sound drifted over to them. It seemed they had company. It wasn't outsider smell, thankfully, so at least they didn't have to deal with another trespassing cat. After a second, Shallowshiver recognized the familiar scent of Yarrowshade. A small frown grew on their maw. Great. Yarrowshade didn't exactly have the best repulsion around the clan, seeing as she was the perpetrator of a few attacks.

Padding over after waiting a moment, Shallowshiver dipped their head briefly to the other warrior before eyeing her catch. "hello, Yarrowshade. Pleasant day, isn't it?" they asked, their voice curt and polite.

Yarrowshade was interrupted from her content satisfaction as she heard Shallowshiver approach. She whipped around defiantly, ready to present opposition to any attack, verbal or otherwise.

Shallowshiver wasn't behaving...hostile. Yarrowshade wasn't quite experienced in interactions that didn't involve insults or claws. She glared the she-cat mistrustfully with one eyebrow raised and then lowered her prey on the ground and spoke.

"Yes, I suppose it is. Rather dull, though." she replied. The words were nonchalant but there was a hidden edge to them. I wonder if you'll provoke me and make it less dull...

Sparrowskip squinted at Whitepaw. "What are you talking about?" Sparrowskip really wondered if apprentices really reacted so strongly to everything nowadays. All he did was catch a duck.. wait. This didn't look like a duck that much. He heard the plants snickering and he knew something was up because they don't snicker. It must've been one he hadn't talked to before buT STILL! Before he could say anything more he got a fat peck to his head. "WHAT IN STAR-" Before the goose decided to bite his back, now THAT hurt. Sparrowskip dropped the baby and pounced at the goose! Biting down on one of its wings. "WHITEPAW, GET OFF YOUR ASS AND HELP ME! GO FOR ITS NECK!" He said as he tried his best to hold it down.

Well, this didn't seem to be that stupid goose that kept haunting her, but maybe it was a friend, a mate, a child of that stupid thing, ohohhohoho, that'd be good revenge. ' ' I HEAR YA I HEAR YA, LET ME KILL IT!' ' She went right onto the goose's neck and bite down harder. . .maybe harder than needed. After she felt it's breathing stop, she moved her jaw away from it, a smile on her maw. . .you got the crazy partner.
